基于差值权重和快速傅立叶变换的“北京一号”卫星影像融合方法研究

提出一种基于差值权重和快速傅立叶变换的影像融合方法--DWF,对"北京一号"小卫星的全色和多光谱影像进行融合.该算法根据卫星影像的成像过程,通过傅立叶变换获取全色影像的高频、低频信息和多光谱影像在HIS颜色空间中分量的低频信息,由这3种信息通过基于差值权重的决策计算获得融合影像的空间信息.实验采用PCA、GS、DWF以及基于小波的HIS变换的融合方法,结果表明DWF方法优于其他融合方法,比较适合于"北京一号"卫星的全色与多光谱影像融合.     

鹫峰地区QuickBird影像纹理特征与生物量估测关系初探

以北京鹫峰地区为研究区,探索QuickBird影像纹理特征与地上乔木层生物量间的关系。基于灰度共生矩阵纹理分析方法,按照不同窗口大小(3*3,5*5,9*9,15*15,21*21)分别提取QuickBird影像多光谱和全色波段的8个纹理特征值。利用皮尔森相关系数衡量纹理特征与地上乔木层生物量间的相关性,研究表明:多光谱波段的大多数纹理特征值与生物量的相关性很低,但是全色波段的大多数纹理特征值与生物量的相关性较高。相比之下,QuickBird多光谱波段和全色波段的光谱特征值与生物量的相关性都较低,这表明,QuickBird全色波段某些纹理特征值可能在提高生物量估测方面起决定性作用。     

GF-5卫星高光谱影像数据质量评价与分析

目前遥感影像质量评价的指标与方法虽较为成熟,但尚未发现针对高分五号(GF-5)卫星AHSI影像数据质量评价及其可用性的全面研究。该文在分析高光谱影像质量评价方法的基础上,利用噪声标准差、清晰度和信息熵3个指标,对GF-5可见短波红外谱段的数据质量与可用性进行分析评价,结果表明:GF-5AHSI影像不同波段数据质量存在差异,影像信息主要集中在VNIR和SWIR第1-95波段内(受水汽影响的波段除外),SWIR中第43-50、96-112(1359.03~1418.17nm、1805.44~1940.15nm)共25个波段受水汽影响严重,不可用,第113-180(1948.57~2513.25nm)波段影像质量较差、噪声严重,阻碍了该波段的应用。研究结果可为GF-5AH-SI影像数据的处理与应用提供技术参考。     

北京一号卫星影像的数据融合研究

"北京一号"卫星是我国近期发射的一颗中高分辨率对地观测小卫星.鉴于数据融合技术在遥感领域的重要作用,对该卫星多光谱与全色波段数据进行不同融合方法的实验.具体以河南新郑地区为实验区,应用遥感处理软件,通过定性分析和定量评价,得出Brovey变换是目前较适合北京一号小卫星数据的融合方法,而小波HIS变换则是以后研究的重要发展趋势.     

基于DCT变换的多光谱与全色影像融合方法

针对IHS融合法的融合影像相对于原多光谱影像光谱扭曲严重、小波变换融合法运算量大的缺点,依据影像成像时传感器像素间的对应关系,提出应用遥感影像空间分辨率比值关系对影像进行分块,采用离散余弦变换与IHS变换相结合的融合方法进行多光谱影像与全色影像融合,以提高遥感影像的应用能力。仿真实验表明,该方法融合结果的光谱保持性与小波变换方法相近,均优于IHS变换融合影像,对全色影像空间信息集成能力稍弱,但计算效率明显改善,适合于对大数据量的遥感影像融合。     

基于HJ1A-HSI超光谱影像的耕地有机质遥感定量反演

以环境小卫星超光谱影像为主要数据源,在耕地有机质实测样本的支持下,开展光谱反射率及其变化形式与有机质的相关性分析,筛选耕地有机质响应的敏感波段与特征组合算法,利用多元回归分析方法,建立基于HSI影像的耕地有机质定量反演模型。研究结果表明,耕地有机质的HSI影像响应波段均位于可见光与近红外波段间,其中以540～860nm范围最佳,相关系数均在0.5左右;HSI反射率对数一阶微分预测模型精度最高,模型及其检验的决定系数都在0.7以上,均方根误差在0.2%左右,可用于顺义区耕地有机质全覆盖空间填图。因此,环境小卫星的超光谱影像对耕地有机质含量具有较好的光谱响应能力,其空间覆盖能力有助于开展县域尺度的耕地有机质遥感反演和空间填图。     

基于Gram Schmidt变换的高光谱遥感图像改进融合方法

遥感图像融合的目的是综合来自不同空间分辨率和光谱分辨率的遥感信息,生成一幅具有新空间和波谱特征的合成图像。针对高光谱图像的特点,对基于Gram Schmidt变换的图像融合方法进行改进,首先采用光谱重采样方法模拟产生Gram Schmidt变换的第一分量,通过Gram Schmidt变换将高光谱图像转换到正交空间,再利用高空间分辨率图像替换Gram Schmidt变换的第一分量,最后通过Gram Schmidt反变换获得融合图像。利用EO1-Hyperion航天高光谱数据与ALI全色波段进行融合试验,发现改进方法可有效提高高光谱遥感图像与全色高分辨率图像的融合质量。     

ALOS融合影像质量评价及其土地盐渍化应用研究

将经过配准的同一地区不同空间分辨率和光谱分辨率的遥感影像进行融合是提高土地覆盖/土地利用分析精度的有效途径。采用PCA、IHS、HPF和小波变换融合法对内蒙古杭锦后旗中部地区的ALOS全色和多光谱影像进行融合,并对融合结果进行了定性和定量评价。基于地物光谱特征、解译标志和监督分类法提取试验区土地盐渍化信息,比较多光谱影像和融合影像的土地盐渍化信息提取精度。结果显示,PCA、IHS和HPF融合影像的空间细节表现能力得到提升,而PCA和小波变换融合影像的光谱保真度优于IHS和HPF融合影像;PCA融合影像的盐渍化分类精度、总分类精度和Kappa系数均为最高,是最适于试验区土地盐渍化分类研究的融合方法。     

基于GF-1与Landsat-8影像的土地覆盖分类比较

高分一号(GF-1)卫星具有多种分辨率与大幅宽结合、重访周期短等优势,而Landsat-8卫星具有多波段、高辐射分辨率等优势。针对不同传感器参数特点,利用支持向量机分类器(SVM)对同区域同期两种数据进行土地覆盖分类对比研究。结果表明：两种传感器对应波段决定系数均大于0.92;典型样本的光谱趋势一致性良好,但在农田与林地、不透水面与裸土的典型样本可分离性方面,Landsat-8优于GF-1;GF-1与Landsat-8的分类总精度分别为90.38%和90.07%,但不同地物类型的分类精度存在差异,波谱响应函数的差异可能是导致Landsat-8对林地的分类精度高于GF-1的原因;此外,GF-1对零碎分布地物类型的分类精度高于Landsat-8,主要原因是GF-1具有更高的空间分辨率。     

一种融合中分辨率多光谱与高分辨率全色图像的方法

针对中分辨率多光谱与高分辨率全色图像空间分辨率差异大,导致融合结果难以较好平衡光谱信息保持和空间信息保持能力的问题,该文分析了7种常用融合方法用于中分辨率多光谱与高分辨率全色图像融合的优缺点及其融合质量的影响因素,提出了一种组合融合方法。该方法在保留Gram-Schmidt方法的细节注入方式的基础上,综合利用高通滤波法和Gram-Schmidt方法的优势构造低分辨率全色图像,确保在提高融合图像空间分辨率的同时有效降低其光谱变形。通过CBERS-02多光谱和IRS-P5全色图像的实验,证明了新融合方法的有效性。
