This research studied a new spectrophotometric method for measuring the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of seawater. In this method, the COD was measured using a spectrophotometer instead of titrating with sodium thiosuiphate. The measuring wavelength was selected to be 470 nm, and the COD of three standard glucose solutions (COD = 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5 mgL^-1, respectively) and two seawater samples (from the South Yellow Sea and Jiaozhou Bay) were measured using the spectrophotometric method and titrimetric method respectively. The results showed that the spectrophotometric method was somewhat better than the titrimetric method. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the spectrophotometric method was less than 2.7%, and the recovery of seawater samples ranged from 96.3% to 103.8%. In addition, the spectrophotometric method has other advantages such as expeditiousness, operation simplicity, analysis automatization, etc. Therefore the spectrophotometric method can be used to measure the COD of seawater with satisfactory results.  相似文献

海水环境质量模糊-灰色关联评价及应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
根据灰色理论,提出对原始数据的初值化采用以水质评价标准为约束的极值化方法,构建了基于线性隶属函数初值化方法的模糊-灰色关联模型,采用水化学和生产力双重指标及可变权重,对深圳湾海域海水环境质量进行了综合评价,并将评价结果与模糊综合评判的评价结果进行比较。评价结果表明,深圳湾海水环境质量属于Ⅳ类水质标准,超出了深圳湾水质管理Ⅲ类水质标准的目标,深圳湾海水已受到严重污染。污染的总体趋势是湾内大于湾口;深圳一侧大于香港一侧;河口、码头处污染最严重,表明陆源活动是深圳湾海水环境质量受损的主要原因。此评价结果不仅与模糊综合评判的评价结果一致,而且还能进一步对评价对象的优劣进行排序,评价结果直观可靠,适用于海洋水环境质量的综合评价。  相似文献

Heavy metals pollution in Jiaozhou Bay was studied inRuditapes. philippinarum, a bioindicator of seawater pollution. Heavy metals in soda industry wastes “white mud” were also studied. Comparison of microwave digestion method with general digestion method revealed that microwave digestion is superior to general digestion in precision, recovery, digestion speed and efficiency, etc. Cd concentration in HongdaoR. philippinarum samples exceeded the national standard by 0.046 mg/kg, that of Yinghai sample by 0.02 mg/kg, and that of Hongshiya sample by 0.22 mg/kg. Sample Pb concentration in Hongshiya was found to exceed the national standard by 0.02 mg/kg. However the heavy metals concentration inR. philippinarum near the Qingdao Alkaline Factory was complied with the standard. This was proved byPenaeus chinensis culture experiment. Therefore, the possible contamination source may come from other land areas. The transfer processes of organic pollutants during sewage - seawater mixing were simulated in three different mixing systems. The release rate of organic matter from sewage particles to seawater was found to be about 0.02-0.04d-1 . The release processes can be simulated by an exchange-equilibrium kinetic model. Degradation of COD was observed in all three mixing systems and can be described by a first order kinetic equation. The degradation rate constant k ranged between 0.04 and 0.07 d . These results have provided important parameters for estimation of environmental capacity.  相似文献

铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化处理海上废弃钻井液液相实验   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为处理海上油田废弃钻井液,以我国海上油田广泛使用的有机正电胶钻井液为例,研究采用铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化处理工艺可行性.结果表明,废弃有机正电胶钻井液及其固液分离后的废水COD超过废水排放标准.优化铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化的适宜条件:微电解时间不低于3h;双氧水质量分数为0.5%,氧化时间为2h.铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化处理工艺对废弃钻井液废液COD有较明显的处理效果,但一轮次处理无法达到排放标准.铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化—次氯酸钠深度氧化以及多轮次铁碳微电解-Fenton氧化处理可以使固液分离后的废弃钻井液达到工业污水排放二级标准.  相似文献

A field observation was carried out in the Changjiang (Yangtze) River Estuary from May 19 to 26, 2003. A total of 29 stations, including 2 anchored stations, were occupied through almost the whole salinity gradient. Based on the observation data, biogeochemistry of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was examined. Spatial distribution pattern of COD shows that it decreased downstream. The COD concentration varied generally within a narrow range of 1.24-1.60 mg/L in the zone around the river mouth, beyond which it decreased rapidly to 0.20 mg/L. In the mixed water zone, the fluctuation in COD was smaller at 2 m above the bottom layer than at the surface layer in 48 h. In the seawater zone, the 48-h fluctuation at the surface was the largest, followed by that of 5 m below the surface and 2 m above the bottom layers in a range of from 2.50 to 0.55 mg/L. Freshwater discharge was the dominant source of COD in the estuary. The average COD beyond the river mouth was 2.7 mg/L, which accorded with the Chinese seawater quality Grade I. Relationships between dissolved oxygen and biogeochemical parameters such as suspended particulate matter, dissolved organic matter and chlorophyll-a were also discussed.  相似文献

分析汕尾电厂临时倾倒区2006年倾倒的疏浚泥对所在海域水质、沉积物、生物群落及生物质量等的影响。结果表明,在倾倒过程中,海水中悬浮物、石油类的含量增加,属第三类海水水质;倾倒活动改变了生物群落的水环境,使群落种数减少,多样性、均匀度和丰度降低。倾倒活动结束1个月后,除海水中悬浮物的含量仍属第三类海水水质外,其他污染物含量均符合第二类海水水质标准,底栖生物恢复较缓慢。疏浚泥倾倒对海区沉积物质量和海洋生物质量的影响较小。  相似文献

A new analytical method using Back-Propagation(BP) artificial neural networks and spectrophotometry for simultaneous determination of calcium and magnesium in tap water,the Yellow River water and seawater is established.By condition experiment,the optimum analytical conditions for calcium,magnesium and Arsenazo(Ⅲ) color reactions are obtained.Levenberg-Marquart(L-M) algorithm is used for calculation in BP neural network.The topological structure of three-layer BP ANN network architecture is chosen as 11-10-2(nodes).The initial value of gradient coefficient μ is fixed at 0.001 and the increase factor and reduction factor of μ take the default values of the system.The data are processed by computers with our own programs written in MATLAB 7.0.The relative standard deviations of the calculated results for calcium and magnesium are 2.31% and 2.14%,respectively.The results of standard addition method show that the recoveries of calcium and magnesium are 103.6% and 100.8% in the tap water,103.2% and 96.6% in the Yellow River water(Lijin district of Shandong Province),and 98.8%-103.3% and 98.43%-103.4% in seawater from Jiaozhou Bay of Qingdao.It is found that 14 common cations and anions do not interfere with the determination of calcium and magnesium under the optimum experimental conditions.The comparative experiments do not show any obvious difference between the results obtained by this new method and those obtained by the classical complexometric titration method in seawater medium.This method exhibits good reproducibility and high accuracy in the determination of calcium and magnesium and can be used for the simultaneous determination of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in tap water and natural water.  相似文献

It is more difficult to retrieve land surface temperature(LST) from passive microwave remote sensing data than from thermal remote sensing data, because the emissivities in the passive microwave band can change more easily than those in the thermal infrared band. Thus, it is very difficult to build a stable relationship. Passive microwave band emissivities are greatly influenced by the soil moisture, which varies with time. This makes it difficult to develop a general physical algorithm. This paper proposes a method to utilize multiple-satellite, sensors and resolution coupled with a deep dynamic learning neural network to retrieve the land surface temperature from images acquired by the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer 2(AMSR2), a sensor that is similar to the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer Earth Observing System(AMSR-E). The AMSR-E and MODIS sensors are located aboard the Aqua satellite. The MODIS LST product is used as the ground truth data to overcome the difficulties in obtaining large scale land surface temperature data. The mean and standard deviation of the retrieval error are approximately 1.4° and 1.9° when five frequencies(ten channels, 10.7, 18.7, 23.8, 36.5, 89 V/H GHz) are used. This method can effectively eliminate the influences of the soil moisture, roughness, atmosphere and various other factors. An analysis of the application of this method to the retrieval of land surface temperature from AMSR2 data indicates that the method is feasible. The accuracy is approximately 1.8° through a comparison between the retrieval results with ground measurement data from meteorological stations.  相似文献

The anodic stripping voltammetry with physically-coating mercury film electrode was used to investigate the complexing action of trace heavy metals in seawater with organic ligands. The apparent copper complexing capacity of seawater was determined by titrating the organic ligands in natural seawater with standard ionic copper solution. The complexing actions of copper in seawater with humic acid (HA) or fulvic acid (FA) were investigated by titrating copper in seawater with HA or FA solution. The equilibrium time, electrodeposition potential, and effect of pH etc. were investigated respectively. The results show that the interaction of copper in seawater with organic matter is a fast process. At natural pH, HA or FA tend to act with copper in seawater to form nonlabile complexes. During experimental electrode process, these complexes did not significantly dissociate. The experimental results were calculated according to 1∶1 complex formation.  相似文献

A method for determining calcium(Ca),potassium(K),magnesium(Mg) and iron(Fe) in four fish species was optimized and validated.It included microwave mineralization of the samples and subsequent quantification by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS) with Zeeman-effect background correction.Using HNO3(65%) and H2O2(33%) as extraction solutions,the optimal conditions of extraction were established as follows:0.5 g of sample mass;microwave time program of 300 W/5 min and 600 W/5 min.The method was free of matrix interferences.The linear correlation coefficients were ≥0.9991,the recovery percentage of analytes was from 99.31% to 103.70% and the RSD(relative standard deviation) was lower than 2.06%.The detection limits obtained were 32.3,43.2,14.0 and 68.6 ng mL-1 for Ca,K,Mg and Fe in FAAS respectively.It is shown that the method is rapid,simple,sensitive and accurate.The method was applied to the studies of digestibility and measurement of these nutrients in samples of fish collected from Norway,Japan and China.  相似文献

A novel method for on-site determination of trace iron was developed using membrane preconcentration and spectrophotometric detection. Fe(Ⅱ)-ferrozine complex was reacted with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to form a Fe(Ⅱ)-ferrozine-CTAB paired compound, which was collected on a membrane by filtration under vacuum. The membrane was immersed in 2 mL of ethanol-nitric acid and the absorbance of the solution measured for quantitative analysis. Various factors affecting the iron collection and determination were investigated. With different sample preconcentration volumes, the range of determination was broadened to 0.5-120 g/L. The detection limit of this method reached 0.19 g/L and the recoveries were between 97.2 and 109% when the concentration enrichment was about 45. The relative standard deviation (n = 7) was 1.9% for samples containing 10 g/L Fe. Twelve seawater samples were analyzed on-site using the proposed method, and two were also analyzed in inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. No significant difference was shown between the two methods by the Student’s t-test. The method has also been used on-site for iron enrichment experiments with phytoplankton and concluded to be simple, accurate and inexpensive.  相似文献

The data are processed by computers with our own programs written in MATLAB 7.0. The relative standard deviation of the calculated results for iron and manganese is 2.30% and 2.67% respectively. The results of standard addition method show that for the tap water, the recoveries of iron and manganese are in the ranges of 98.0%-104.3% and 96.5%-104.5%, and the RSD is in the range of 0.23%-0.98%; for the Yellow River water (Lijin district of Shandong Province), the recoveries of iron and manganese are in the ranges of 96.0%-101.0% and 98.7%-104.2%, and the RSD is in the range of 0.13%-2.52%; for the seawater in Qingdao offshore, the recoveries of iron and manganese are in the ranges of 95.3%-104.8% and 95.3%-104.7%, and the RSD is in the range of 0.14%-2.66%. It is found that 21 common cations and anions do not interfere with the determination of iron and manganese under the optimum experimental conditions. This method exhibits good reproducibility and high accuracy in the determination of iron and manganese and can be used for the simultaneous determination of iron and manganese in tap water and natural water. By using the established ANN- catalytic spectrophotometric method, the iron and manganese concentrations of the surface seawater at 11 sites in Qingdao offshore are determined and the level distribution maps of iron and manganese are drawn.  相似文献

为研究威海市桑沟湾及周边海域水质情况,本文基于桑沟湾及邻近海域30个站位共采集了100个海水样品,分析了研究区海水水质特征,并结合海洋功能区划,采用了单因子标准指数法和综合指数法对研究区海水水质状况做出了评价。研究结果表明:在100个海水样品中,海水良好级水样共有11件,占总数的11%;较好级水样共有89件,占总数的89%,总体上研究区域海水水质满足各功能区要求,适宜水产养殖活动,具备在此海域建设人工鱼礁的水质环境。  相似文献

于2005年8月对湛江港附近海域潮间带的海水、表层沉积物和贝类体内的重金属进行了分析,结果表明:海水中的砷优于海水水质Ⅰ类标准,而汞、铜、锌、铅、镉均有不同程度的污染,其中铜、铅、镉污染较为严重,均劣于海水水质Ⅳ类标准;表层沉积物中砷的含量低于全国海岸带背景值,而汞、铜、锌、铅、镉均高于全国海岸带背景值,其标准指数分别为1.35、1.66、1.50、2.08、3.10,汞、铜略高于海洋沉积物质量标准第一类标准,有轻微污染,砷、锌、铅均低于海洋沉积物质量标准第一类标准,未受污染,而镉略高于海洋沉积物质量标准第二类标准,环境受镉污染。各元素在各站点的分布没有规律性。牡蛎和蛤仔体内各重金属含量均优于海洋生物污染评价标准和人体消费卫生标准,其卫生质量良好。  相似文献

【目的】探求真空微波干燥凡纳滨对虾的最佳工艺条件,以期为开发凡纳滨对虾即食食品提供技术参考。【方法】以新鲜凡纳滨对虾为原料,模糊数学感官评分为主要考察指标,在单因素试验基础上,选择载装量A、功率B、真空度C为自变量,利用响应面法和模糊数学评价法对真空微波干燥工艺进行优化。【结果】以感官评定为基础对真空微波干燥凡纳滨对虾的品质进行权重分析,得到权重集K=(色泽0.335,滋味0.305,香气0.215,组织质地0.145)。建立二次多项回归方程:Y=84.588+1.084A+1.409B+1.700C-7.353A2-8.793B2-13.860C2,显示载装量A、功率B、真空度C对感官评分有极显著影响(P<0.01)。通过响应面分析,得到真空微波干燥凡纳滨对虾的最佳工艺条件:载装量75 g,加热功率400 W,真空度0.08 MPa。在此条件下,真空微波干燥凡纳滨对虾品质良好,感官评分为(85.6±0.07)分,与预测值85.92分误差较小。【结论】响应面法优化凡纳滨对虾真空微波干燥工艺具有操作简单、优化条件精确、结果显示直观等优点;建立的回归方程能反映装载量等三个因素对指标的影响规律,并可进行实际预测。  相似文献

Molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs) were prepared by the bulk polymerization using crystal violet as the template molecule, and the methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimetheacrylate as functional monomer and cross-linker, respectively. Systematic investigations of synthetic conditions were conducted. The surface morphology and recognition mechanism of the obtained polymers were studied using scanning electron microscope and spectrophotometric analysis. MIPs showed high affinity to template molecule and were successfully applied as special solid-phase extraction sorbent for selective extraction of crystal violet from natural seawater. An off-line molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction(MISPE) method followed by high-performance liquid chromatography with diodearray detection for the analysis of crystal violet was also established. MISPE columns have good recoveries for crystal violet standard solutions and good linearity was obtained over the concentration range of 0-200 μg L-1(R2 0.99). Finally, two natural seawater samples were investigated. The recoveries of spiked seawater on the MISPE columns were from 44.47% to 62.34%, the relative standard deviation(n=3) being in the range of 2.89%-5.96%.  相似文献
