一、河南低品位金矿石可浸性试验河南省低品位金矿石资源比较丰富,但矿石类型多,分布广,有些矿山的储量有限,受技术经济条件的限制,难以建立机械化选厂。为充分利用这部分资源,一九八二年以来,我们对这类矿点进行了堆浸提金可行性调查,通过矿石可浸性试验,初步认定有13个矿点适用堆浸提金工艺。这些堆浸矿点通过方案设计已陆续开始堆浸试生产,有  相似文献

本文介绍了广西凌云县逻楼金矿微细粒浸染型金氧化矿石的生产性堆浸试验。试验方法采用氰化法堆浸,其工艺流程是:原矿石—二段破碎—筑堆—洗矿—喷淋浸出—炭吸附—解吸—电解—熔炼。试验结果:入选矿石量3231t,矿石品位Au2.56g/t,浸出时间48天,尾渣品位Au0.69g/t,金浸出率72.86%,回收率70.25%,回收黄金5735.24克。金生产单位成本为39.67元/克,获纯利润4.7万元,取得了较好的经济效益。  相似文献

滩间山堆浸尾矿目前有三十多万吨,通过对滩间山堆浸尾矿选冶工艺流程试验研究,采用浮选—焙烧—氰化—电解的提金工艺在技术上获得了总回收率达84.84%,年创利税383.67万元的较为理想的试验指标。研究和解决这一地区金矿堆浸尾矿的工艺问题,对提高矿山经济效益,扩大青海省的黄金生产能力,促进青海西部地区的经济发展,都具有重要的现实意义。  相似文献

用金属活动态提取法在广西与山西黄土区进行试验研究,发现在山西黄土区,利用金的水提取态含量偏低,异常不明显,而金的粘土结合态、有机物结合态和铁锰氧化物结合态异常清晰地反映在矿体上方;而在雨量充沛的广西红壤区,金的水提取态和铁锰氧化物结合态异常较好,而粘土结合态金异常效果不太理想。研究结果表明在这两个地区应用金属活动态测量法进行找矿研究时,可以对其提取有利的相态来进行靶位确定。  相似文献

Altai polymetallic mineralization belt is famous copper-polymetallic mineralization belt in the world. There are a lot of gold deposits in the Altai ore belt in Xinjiang, China. These gold deposits belong to two genetic types: volcanogene late-stage hydrothermal type and fractured altered rock type. The authors discuss mainly the geological and mineralized features of fractured altered rock type of gold deposits in Altai gold ore belt. Base on this study, the metallogenic law is summarized and the deep metallogenic prognosis has been done in Duolanasayi and Tuokuzibayi gold deposits, and some mineralized anomalys have been discovered.  相似文献

对巴隆岩金矿成矿地质背景、矿体特征、矿石特征及其控矿因素等进行分析研究。认为区内矿体与NWW向断裂关系密切,NWW向昆中主断裂为矿床的导矿构造,NWW向F1断裂为矿床的配矿构造,矿区内F2,F3,F4,F5等NWW向次级断裂为矿床的容矿构造;尤其是在拐弯或膨胀处;强烈的印支期岩浆活动,剧烈的构造运动为金元素的活化、迁移、富集、沉淀提供了通道和成矿空间;矿石类型主要为构造蚀变岩型;重砂矿物标志、地貌标志、颜色标志、气味标志、化探异常标志等是该区的主要找矿标志。结合区域上成矿背景分析认为该矿区有着良好的找矿前景,并建议对矿床深部及外围做进一步工作。  相似文献

介绍了金属活动态的理论依据、成晕机制及提取方法,并应用金属活动态提取法在大兴安岭原始森林覆盖区对已知矿进行试验研究,发现在高寒森林覆盖区,利用金的水提取态异常强度低,异常不明显,而金的粘土结合态和铁锰氧化物结合态异常清晰地反映在矿体上方,异常强度居于中等。金的有机质结合态异常值虽然高,但容易受有机质在样品中颗粒大小等因素的影响而使异常出现多个峰值。总之,利用金属活动态提取法在高寒森林覆盖区进行找矿可以快速有效地确定异常,但要注意排除过多有机杂质在提取过程中的影响。  相似文献

Based on X-ray diffraction,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis of the Dachang gold ore,it is showed that the sulfide of ore is the main carrier minerals of gold. A majority of gold is embedded in pyrite and tetrahedrite as the form of inclusion and a small amount intergrowth with pyrite and gangue mineral,occasionally the presence is in form of monomer natural gold. The main factors which influence the recovery rate are sulfide mineral particle size,and the fine grained sulfide is beneficial for the dissociation and flotation of gold bearing minerals. The monomer dissociation degree of gold bearing minerals can reach91. 3%,when the grinding fineness is less than 0. 074 mm and grain level accounts as 80%. It is not conducive to the flotation of sulfide if the grinding fineness is low or high. It is difficult to completely dissociate the monomer if there is a small amount of pyrite and arsenopyrite in the ore. Therefore,before leaching the gold,it must conduct pretreatment to reach the ideal recovery rate of the gold,like roasting oxidation,pressure oxidation and biological oxidation. The fine microscopic gold has little influence on the gold recovery rate.  相似文献

沂沭断裂带是中国东部著名的深大断裂,由4条大断裂组成,沂水-汤头断裂是其4条主干断裂之一。近几年来,在该断裂上发现了龙泉站、牛家小河、南小尧等金矿,使沂沭断裂带金矿找矿取得了突破。该文在研究金矿地质背景、矿床地质特征、矿床成因的基础上,归纳总结了金矿类型、成矿规律,认为沂沭断裂带不但导矿,而且储矿,提出了新的找矿方向,为沂沭断裂带乃至整个郯庐断裂带进一步开展金矿找矿工作提供了依据。  相似文献
