本文介绍北京天文台类星体巡天工作,给出UK Schmidt 823天区,00~h00~m≤赤经<00~h13~m,赤纬≥+00°00′的四分之一区域内Q≥4的122个类星体候选者的坐标,B_j~*星等及证认图。对其中Q≥5的天体进行了谱线证认,给出了它们的红移值。

本文总结巡天的结果并对结果进行讨论,同时发表69个Q=3的紫外超天体的坐标,B_J~*及证认图。     

Jet-dominated quiescent state in black hole X-ray binaries: the cases of A0620–00 and XTE J1118+480

The radiative mechanism of black hole X-ray transients(BHXTs) in their quiescent states(defined as the 2–10 ke V X-ray luminosity 10~(34) erg s~(-1)) remains unclear. In this work, we investigate the quasi-simultaneous quiescent state spectrum(including radio, infrared, optical, ultraviolet and X-ray)of two BHXTs, A0620–00 and XTE J1118+480. We find that these two sources can be well described by a coupled accretion – jet model. More specifically, most of the emission(radio up to infrared, and the X-ray waveband) comes from the collimated relativistic jet. Emission from hot accretion flow is totally insignificant, and it can only be observed in mid-infrared(the synchrotron peak). Emission from the outer cold disk is only evident in the UV band. These results are consistent with our previous investigation on the quiescent state of V404 Cyg and confirm that the quiescent state is jet-dominated.     

Investigation of galaxies of the second byurakan sky survey. II. Spectroscopic observations in the 08h00m, +59° field

The results of spectroscopic observations of 25 objects of the Second Byurakan Spectroscopic Sky Survey in a field with central coordinates a = 08^h00^m, δ = +59° are given. The spectra were obtained on the 2.6- m telescope of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory, National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, and the 6- m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory, Russian Academy of Sciences, in 1997– 1998 with a spectral resolution of from 5 to 15Å. The redshifts and absolute stellar magnitudes of all the galaxies were determined and they were classified. A histogram of the redshift distribution of the complete sample of galaxies in this field of the survey is given.     

Investigation of Galaxies of the Second Byurakan Sky Survey. IV. Spectroscopic Observations in the Fields of 11h30m, +59° and 12h00m, +59°

Spectroscopic observations of 71 objects have completed the follow-up spectroscopy of galaxies in two adjacent fields of the Second Byurakan Survey with central coordinates = 11^h30^m, = +59° and = 12^h00^m, = +59°. The spectra were obtained on the 2.6-m telescope of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory and the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory. The redshifts and absolute stellar magnitudes of all the galaxies have been determined. The objects have been classified using an adapted scheme.
