基于精明发展的城市绩效与生态环境耦合研究——以哈长城市群为例

城市精明发展与生态环境耦合协调是形成节约型空间格局和可持续发展的重要战略目标。基于“十一五”规划基期2006年至“十二五”规划后期2014年以来的哈长城市群统计数据,从空间发展维度、福利发展维度、消耗发展维度和管理发展维度考量哈长城市群城市绩效的精明发展程度,从而在构建耦合协调度模型的基础上对哈长城市群总体耦合协调发展程度、空间耦合协调特征进行分析。结果表明：① “十一五”规划期间哈长城市群城市绩效与生态环境之间综合发展水平、耦合协调程度均实现西部集聚式空间分布,东部地区综合发展水平有待提高,耦合协调性亟待实现均衡式发展;“十二五”规划时期二者综合发展水平仍以哈长城市群西部为优势区域,耦合协调程度再次呈现分散式布局。② 2006~2014年研究期内哈长城市群除长春市、吉林市和绥化市外,城市绩效与生态环境综合发展水平均呈现微弱回落后继续增长的态势,耦合水平则出现明显下滑,仅有四平市、辽源市、哈尔滨市和齐齐哈尔市二者协调关系正向积极推进。③ 哈长城市群整体城市绩效与生态环境综合发展水平、耦合强度和协调程度不高,但是区域分布差异相对明显,综合发展水平与耦合协调度之间存在一定的空间对应关系,总体实现空间良性共振。     

关中平原城市群“交通-产业-环境”耦合协调发展的动态演化特征分析

关中平原城市群是丝绸之路经济带的重要城市群。运用耦合协调度模型定量分析了关中平原城市群2008—2019年交通、产业和环境三系统耦合协调发展关系的变化规律和时空分布特征。结果表明：（1） 城市群交通、产业和环境各子系统发展评价指数差异化提升,交通系统发展增长率远超过其他两系统,产业和环境发展与交通系统的矛盾较为突出。（2） 三系统综合发展指数空间分布单极态势明显,城间发展水平差异加剧,其中西安市和咸阳市作为极热点城市存在,其余城市为外围受辐射冷点区。（3） 城市群耦合协调发展水平整体上趋于优化提升态势,但仍处于濒临失调状态。其中,西安市一直处于高耦合协调的单极态势,但耦合协调度的城间差距逐渐缩小,耦合协调度等级为协调等级的城市逐渐增多,趋于集中连片式分布。研究结果可以明确关中平原城市群交通、产业和环境三系统耦合协调发展存在的问题,为高质量发展相关政策的制定提供一定的参考依据。     

长江中游城市群城市活力水平空间格局及影响因素

地理“大数据”的出现为研究城市问题提供了新的契机。基于兴趣点（POI）和位置服务（LBS）的地理“大数据”,采用空间计量模型、数理统计分析等方法,尝试探讨了长江中游城市群城市活力水平及其影响因素。结果表明：①长江中游城市群城市活力整体处于较低水平,武汉、南昌和长沙中心地位突出,城市群边缘形成片状活力“洼地”的空间格局;②长江中游城市群城市活力与经济发展水平存在耦合关系,低度耦合城市少,较高度耦合和高度耦合城市较多;③高校资源、经济密度、基础设施水平和信息化程度4个因素是影响长江中游城市群城市活力的主要因素,各因素的影响效应具有空间异质性。     

基于产业空间联系的“大都市阴影区”形成机制解析——长三角城市群与京津冀城市群的比较研究

通过引入感应度系数和影响力系数,构建产业联系强度测度模型,探讨了当前长江三角洲与京津冀城市群产业空间联系特征,研究了两大城市群空间经济差异,基于产业空间联系视野对"大都市阴影区"的形成进行了实证研究。研究表明:①城市群内部各城市间产业联系强度越高,城市群整体经济发展水平就越好;②城市群的中心城市与其他各城市产业联系强度越高,城市群整体经济发展水平就越好、越趋于均衡;③从产业空间联系来看,中心城市与其邻近的外围地区的产业联系强度弱化是造成"大都市阴影区"形成的关键因素。     

城市群生态空间结构优化组合模式及对策——以中原城市群为例

城市群生态空间结构优化将会促进城市群经济社会环境可持续发展。在深入分析城市群生态空间结构与城市群经济社会发展之间的空间相互作用、互利共生和协同进化等优化依据基础上,构建了城市群生态空间结构优化组合模式。作者阐述并分析了中原城市群建设过程中生态空间结构紊乱原因、空间结构演变趋势和生态空间结构优化模式。最后提出中原城市群生态空间结构优化对策建议：因地制宜,构建完善高效的“斑块—廊道—基质”城市群生态网络系统;促进城市群区域各城市合理分工,不断形成产业簇群;构建城市群发展引导机制,使城市群区域的城乡建设转向更加适宜人们居住的生态环境友好型地区。     

城市群、产业集群与开发区互动发展研究——以长株潭城市群为例

城市群、产业集群与开发区的协同发展是实现城市群地区可持续快速发展的重要手段。在已有文献研究的基础上,基于宏观与微观相结合的视角,梳理了城市群、产业集群与开发区三者之间的关系及互动机制。认为城市群是新型城镇化的主体形态,是产业集群和开发区发展的空间载体,城市群为开发区和产业集群发展提供生产要素、服务和市场;开发区是城市群的创新创业高地与产业集聚、集群发展的重要场所,是城市群的重要生产功能区;产业集群是产业发展的重要组织形式,是推动开发区和城市群发展的重要驱动力。产业集群与开发区共享着城市群的资源与服务,开发区通过产业集聚与创新,产业集群通过产业链延伸、耦合与创新,与城市群形成生产要素、市场交易、创新与服务等方面的多维度相互作用,最终实现三者的协同发展。基于城市群、产业集群与开发区规模、结构、职能和创新等4个方面的17个指标,采用典型相关分析法,以长株潭城市群为案例区,对城市群、产业集群与开发区两大变量组进行了互动因素与强度的量化分析,结果表明：① 长株潭城市群、产业集群与开发区已形成有效互动。其中,城市群通过经济规模、城市结构、创新投入与产出、服务职能的发展,促进产业集群的经济规模、产业集聚、经济效益与产业创新,以及开发区的建设品质、产业集聚与产业效率的发展。开发区通过产业集聚与创新效率的提高,产业集群通过产业规模、效益协同开发区效率的提升,强化了城市群规模、结构、创新与职能的发展。② 长株潭城市群通过经济规模、结构、创新与服务四类因子,对产业集群与开发区产生了全面的促进作用,但产业集群与开发区并未完全协同地促进城市群发展。③ 要进一步提升产业集群的效益与开发区的效率,加强其对城市群发展与繁荣的支撑作用,全面实现三者的多维良性互动,提高城市群的核心竞争力。     

京津冀城市群城镇化与创新的耦合过程与机理

城市群是国家新型城镇化的主体形态,也是创新的孵化器;城市群区域的城镇化子系统与创新子系统之间理论上存在复杂交互关系。京津冀城市群是国家新型城镇化规划确定的国家级城市群,并将“全国创新驱动经济增长新引擎”作为其核心功能定位,因此有必要探索京津冀城市群的城镇化过程与创新发展之间的耦合关系,这对理解城镇化与创新之间的关系和京津冀城市群的发展问题都有裨益。通过梳理城镇化与创新两个子系统之间的内在理论关系,构建城镇化与创新的综合评价指标体系,借助耦合协调度模型和地理探测器因子探测方法,分析京津冀城市群城镇化与创新两子系统之间的耦合协调关系演变过程及作用机理。研究发现：① 京津冀城市群城镇化和创新的综合水平都呈现稳步增长的趋势,城镇化与创新的耦合协调关系总体向好的方向发展,但综合水平和耦合关系的空间差异都较大;② 创新滞后是京津冀城市群城镇化与创新耦合协调水平提升的关键阻力,近年京津冀城市群地区及多数城市表现为创新滞后的耦合协调类型;③ 京津冀城市群城镇化与创新的交互影响非常显著,特别是经济城镇化和社会城镇化对创新的影响、创新资源对城镇化的影响表现比较突出。     

基于城市流和层级性的城市群扩展模型构建

城市群是具有网络关系与层级性的区域空间,一直是中国推进城镇化与区域协调发展的主体单元。本文综合考虑城市群的网络与层级性特征,运用城市流刻画城际网络交互作用,采用分层广义线性模型（HGLM）揭示城市群分层驱动机制。同时,选取长江中游城市群开展实证研究,通过与元胞自动机（CA）耦合,构建HGLM-CA模型模拟城市群空间扩展。将模拟结果与Logistic-CA模型、BBO-CA模型进行比对,据此评析HGLM-CA模型的优劣与改进方向。实证结果表明：城市群空间扩展是多层驱动因素共同作用的结果,城市流不仅会推动城市群空间扩展,而且对元胞层因素起到重要的调节作用,使之具有城际分异性;HGLM-CA模型相比Logistic-CA模型模拟精度更高,说明顾及城市流与层级性的城市群空间扩展模拟结果更为精准;与智能模型BBO-CA相比,HGLM-CA模型模拟精度较低,但其便于从层级性角度把握城市群空间扩展机制。     

城市旅游到城市群旅游的系统研究

城市群正成为全球经济竞争的基本地域单元, 城市群旅游研究正处于起步阶段。本文采用文献分析法系统总结了城市旅游和城市群旅游的主要研究内容, 分析了城市旅游向城市群旅游转向的推动因素和路径, 最后讨论了城市群旅游发展存在的问题和趋势。研究认为, 旅游主要在城市商业区塑造和城市滨水空间开发、经济与就业增长、对城市规划的补充、促进文化交流、提高城市整体形象、引导或加速城市环境质量的改善6 个方面促进城市发展。旅游与城市融合发展具有互利性、动态性。城市群旅游研究主要集中在旅游发展带动了城市群旅游产业集聚、交通条件提升、空间结构优化、旅游合作4 个方面。全球化与地方化趋势是城市群旅游形成的重要动力, 城镇体系是空间建构的物质基础, 旅游产品和市场需求的多样化及差异化是推力, 以快速交通为代表的交流手段是科技支撑, 政府对城市群旅游发展起到主要协调作用, 这5 个因素推动着城市旅游向城市群旅游的转变。城市群旅游强调政府和市场调控下多系统、多要素下的动态相互作用, 城市群研究是城市旅游研究的深入。对城市旅游、城市群旅游内容进行系统归纳可为今后城市群旅游研究奠定基础, 拓展旅游地理学研究范围。     

长江中游城市群城市竞争力的空间演化

构建城市竞争力多指标体系,从空间分布视角,对长江中游城市群城市竞争力的结构演变进行定量分析,发现:(1)长江中游城市群城市竞争力空间格局整体呈三大"核心(一主两副)—边缘"板块结构,且保持时间惯性和空间惰性,时空演变呈"总体锁定,局部变动"特征;(2)长江中游城市群竞争力分布具有总体格局的均衡性、空间分异的规律性和内部竞争结构的异质性;(3)5个主因子空间分异显著,仅第一主因子与综合竞争力空间耦合良好,第一、第三主因子重心迁移轨迹趋向几何中心"均衡点位"。
