中国湖北钉螺(腹足纲:圆口螺科)分类现状   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文对采自中国境内不同水域、不同螺壳类型的14个螺群的同工酶数据进行了遗传分化研究,探讨中国湖北钉螺的分类现状。结果表明,中国钉螺存在重要的遗传分化及与遗传分化相关的可分辨的类型。对此进行研究后还发现了县城交叉传播和亚种间可能存在3个例外杂合螺群的依据;此外,螺群遗传分化类型与地理分布、螺壳刻纹和形态特征相一致。以此为基础,湖北钉螺(Oncomelania hupensis)再分成3个独立的亚种:滇川亚种(O.h. robertsoni )、福建亚种(O.h. tangi )和湖北亚种(O,h. hupensis).  相似文献

通过设置5个N/P浓度梯度和3个N浓度下的4个N:P梯度,进行了江蓠对N、P的短期(O-4h)和长期(第14天)吸收速率(SNUR和LNUR)以及短期和长期吸收效率(SNUE和LNUE)的研究,同时观察了5个N/P浓度梯度对江蓠细胞超微结构的影响.结果表明:N∶P比为16∶1时,江蓠对N、P的SNUR和LNUR均最大(P<0.05); N/P为1200/75和960/60μmol/L浓度时,分别对N和P的SNUR最大,达12.85和0.79μmol/(gDW·h),但此N/P浓度下长期培养的江蓠叶绿体结构存在不同程度的损伤;而N/P浓度480/30μmol/L时,对N和P的LNUR均最大值4.23和0.31 μmol/(gDW·h).江蓠对N、P的SNUE和LNUE在介质N/P 60/3.75μmol/L时为最高,而在1200/75 μmol/L时为最低(P<0.05).  相似文献

采用PCR扩增单位点微卫星的方法研究了日本鳗鲡(Anguilla japonica)和欧洲鳗鲡(A. anguilla)的遗传差异.结果表明,微卫星等位基因数目分布范围为8-26,35组被试(5个分类单元各7个位点)的显著性检验的结果表明其杂合性显著缺乏(P<0.01),日本鳗鲡的4个亚种群的所有微卫星位点均偏离哈-温平衡,对日本鳗鲡种群分化进行的正合检验结果也否定了种内个体随机分布的假设.FST值为0.0098(P=0.00048)揭示了日本鳗鲡亚种群内存在较弱但显著的遗传分化.各分类单元间的FST及RST逐一对应矩阵显示了日本鳗鲡与欧洲鳗鲡两个远缘种之间存在显著差异.计算Goldstein的遗传距离并由此推算出两个种的分化时间约为200多万年.  相似文献

根据前人的工作,乌鳢分为三个亚种,乌鳢指名亚种Ophicephalus argus argusCantor黑龙江乌鳢O.a.warpachowskii Berg和白乌鳢O.a.kimurai(Shih)本文重点对乌鳢指名亚种和白乌鳢进比较。从形态特征、乳酸脱氢酶和酯酶同工酶表型及染色体组型上,没有发现明显差异(体色除外),并且两者分布区重叠。据此,作者认为,白乌鳢不能被划为一个亚种,而只能认为是普通乌鳢(指名亚种)的变异个体。文章还对亚种划分的标准问题,进行了讨论。  相似文献

利用海水池塘陆基实验围隔,研究三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)、凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)和菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)不同混养系统的养殖效果以及氮(N)和磷(P)的收支和利用率状况。结果表明:(1)适宜的三疣梭子蟹、凡纳滨对虾和菲律宾蛤仔三元混养,能有效提高三疣梭子蟹养殖的综合效益。(2)投喂的饵料(包括对虾配合饲料与蓝蛤(Aloidis laevis))是系统N、P的主要来源,占N总输入量的84.41%~89.75%和P总输入量的96.64%~98.35%;其次为水层中带入的N、P,占N总输入量的7.14%~11.97%和P总输入量的0.39%~1.11%。N、P的支出主要为底泥积累,占N总支出量的39.88%~57.17%和P总支出量的35.69%~68.45%;其次为养殖生物收获N、P,占总支出的比例分别为16.86%~32.24%和18.72%~33.55%;N的输出渗漏损失较大,水层积累较少,而P的输出水层积累较多,渗漏损失较少。(3)各处理比较,三元混养PLR3组N的利用率显著提高,比其它处理提高了9.95%~15.80%。综合养殖效果和各系统N、P利用率结果,在本研究条件下,蟹、虾、贝混养最优比例为三疣梭子蟹6ind/m2、凡纳滨对虾45ind/m2、菲律宾蛤仔30~60ind/m2。  相似文献

为减少养殖污水中营养盐的排放量,降低对近海水质的污染,采用海水陆基围隔实验法,对凡纳滨对虾(Litope-naeus vannamei)、青蛤(Cyclina sinesis)和菊花心江蓠(Gracilaria lichevoides)不同混养系统的氮(N)、磷(P)收支状况进行了实验研究。结果表明:实验中的单养组投放的饵料占N总输入的75.5%,占P总输入的93.6%,混养组投放的饵料占N总输入的54.7%~64.8%,占P总输入的81.6%~88.7%;在支出项目中,单养组和混养组收获的养殖生物分别占N总输入的25.0%和44.4%~51.5%,占P总收入的11.2%和25.1%~31.8%;底泥沉积N,P为其主要支出项目,单养组和混养组分别占总输入的45.1%和30.0~32.5%,68.3%和50.3%~57.1%,其中混养组N,P的底泥沉积量低于单养组。  相似文献

对2种不同地理种群七带石斑鱼进行14项形态性状的测定,采用2种多元统计分析方法和t-检验方法,比较了2个群体的外部形态特征.t-检验结果表明,2群体在14个性状中有12个性状表现出极其显著差异(P<0.01),1个性状表现出差异显著(P<0.05).主成分分析构建了3个反映形态特征信息的综合性指标--主成分1、主成分2和主成分3,三者的贡献率分别为29.873%、25.091%和16.875%.三个主成分的累积贡献率为71.804%,2群体之间存在明显的偏离态势,形成两个不同的类群,2群体在主成分l轴上的差异较在主成分2轴上的差异更为明显,主成分1主要由经t-检验差异指标数量多和差异程度大的性状组成.判别分析表明,2个七带石斑鱼群体的形态差异显著(P<0.0001),建立了2个群体的判别函数,其判别准确率及综合判别率均为100%,可以认为逐步判别法对七带石斑鱼不同群体的初步鉴定是可行的.差异系数(CD)计算的结果表明,尽管2群体在形态上存在一定的差异,但尚未达到亚种水平.主成分分析、t-检验和判别分析的结论基本上是类似的,它们从不同的角度反映了群体间的形态学差异.  相似文献

2008年6月青岛近海发生了大规模浒苔绿潮,现场取样后在实验室进行不同营养盐条件下浒苔的生长速率研究.结果显示,青岛近岸海水不添加营养盐的对照组,浒苔平均每天的相对增长率3.85%;按每次添加10 μmol/L和50 μmol/L的2个加N组,浒苔平均相对增长率几乎相等,分别为6.31%/d和6.32%/d;按每次添加1 μmol/L的加P组,浒苔平均相对增长率低于加N组的,为5.79%/d;按每次同时加20 μmol/L浓度的N和1 μmol/L浓度的P的实验组,浒苔平均相对增长率与单加N的实验组差别不明显.在加N、加P和加微量元素情况下,平均相对增长率最高,更换培养液的又比不更换培养液的实验组明显高,分别为7.75%/d和6.84%/d.各实验组浒苔最大相对生长率出现在第3天,除对照组外,平均可达27.57%/d.实验表明浒苔对N的需求很高,添加Fe,Mn等微量元素可明显促进浒苔的生长与繁殖.  相似文献

A study of Sea Beam bathymetry and SeaMARC II side-scan sonar allows us to make quantitative measures of the contribution of faulting to the creation of abyssal hill topography on the East Pacific Rise (EPR) 9°15 N–9°50 N. We conclude that fault locations and throws can be confidently determined with just Sea Beam and SeaMARC II based on a number of in situ observations made from the ALVIN submersible. A compilation of 1026 fault scarp locations and scarp height measurements shows systematic variations both parallel and perpendicular to the ridge axis. Outward-facing fault scarps (facing away from the ridge axis), begin to develop within 2 km of the ridge and reach their final average height of 60 m at 5–7 km. Beyond these distances, outward-dipping faults appear to be locked, although there is some indication of continued lengthening of outward-facing fault scarps out to the edge of the survey area. Inward-facing fault scarps (facing toward the ridge axis), initiate 2 km off axis and increase in height and length out to the edge of our data at 30 km, where the average height of inward fault scarps is 60–70 m and the length is 30 km. Continued slip on inward faults at a greater distance off axis is probable, but based on fault lengths, 80% of the lengthening of inward fault scarps occurs within 30 km of the axis (>95% for outward faults). Along-strike propagation and linkage of these faults are common. Outward-dipping faults accommodate more apparent horizontal strain than inward ones within 10 km of the ridge. The net horizontal extension due to faulting at greater distances is estimated as 4.2–4.3%, and inward and outward faults contribute comparably. Both inward- and outward-facing fault scarps increase in height from north to south in our study area in the direction of decreasing inferred magma supply. Average fault spacing is 2 km for both inward-dipping and outward-dipping faults. The azimuths of fault scarps document the direction of ridge spreading, but they are sensitive to local changes in least compressive stress direction near discontinuities. Both the ridge trend and fault scarp azimuths show a clockwise change in trend of 3–5° from 9°50 N to 9°15 N approaching the 9° N overlapping spreading center.  相似文献

Sedimentary samples were collected from a site (57°02.9N, 176°57.4W: 3,650 m) in the Aleutian Basin of the Bering Sea and analyzed for organic carbon, total nitrogen and various organic materials. Organic carbon and total nitrogen were measured in the range of 0.1–1.9% and 0.01–0.2% of the dry weight of the sediment, these values tended to decrease with depth, but considerably lower values were obtained in the volcanogenic sediment layers. Carbohydrate, amino acid and protein and lipid carbons accounted for 40% of the total organic carbon on the surface of the sediment, and this value tended to decrease with depth to 20% at 10m depth from the top of the core sample. The carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratios ranged from 6.3 to 9.0. Vertical change in the values of the ratios can be understood in terms of a higher decay rate of amino acids and proteins.Radiocarbon age determinations on five sedimentary samples yielded sedimentation rates ranging from 37 to 90cm/1,000y.  相似文献

Surface temperature, salinity, concentrations of silicate (Si) and nitrate + nitrite (N), and in vivo fluorescence (Fluor) were investigated in the marginal ice zone (MIZ) and the seasonally open oceanic zone (SOOZ) (32–40°E, 64–69°S) from February 23 to 28 1992. In the MIZ the mean Si and N were 67.8 ± 2.2 M and 32.5 ± 1.7 M, respectively. There was a trend that low N values coincided with high Fluor values. Observation conducted at one point (64°S, 38°E) revealed a diel variation pattern in Fluor. Applying this pattern of deviation from noon value, all Fluor data were normalized to value at local noon. In the MIZ a significant negative correlation was observed between the normalized Fluor and N but not Si. On the other hand, Si decreased continuously from south to north in the SOOZ and was negatively correlated with the normalized Fluor. Difference in Si concentration was about 30 M between the sea around 64°S and the MIZ, while the difference in N concentration was estimated as less than 10 M. If diatoms take up silicate and nitrogen at an approximate ratio of 1:1, additional nitrogenous nutrients other than nitrate and nitrite (e.g. ammonia, urea etc.) would be required. In this case, an f-ratio of lower than 33% is obtained. It is suggested that in the MIZ abundance of phytoplankton community dominated by non-diatom increases utilizing nitrate while in the SOOZ abundance of phytoplankton community dominated by diatoms increases consuming Si and regenerated nitrogen.  相似文献

A simplified technique for the rapid analysis of photosynthetic pigments in marine phytoplankton is described. The pigments extracted in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) are injected directly into the reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatograph fitted with a photodiode array detector. We developed a new stepwise program; that is methanol-water (7525 v/v), methanol, methanol-acetone (8020) and methanol-acetone (6535). This program gives a good separation of at least 13 carotenoids, and 10 chlorophylls and their derivatives, completed within 20 min. The quantitative precision is high; the maximum standard error was less than 6%. The stability of pigments in DMF were also considered for application of this technique to the lab work on board the ship.  相似文献

本文介绍了大亚湾沉积物中N和P的地球化学形态(包括形态总量、有机态、无机态及其细分态)的分析方法,并对7个测站沉积物中该两元素的各种形态分配特征进行了研究。结果表明:N和P的总量、有机态和无机态都具有几乎完全相同的分布规律;N和P的主要地球化学形态分别是有机态和无机态,分别占各自总态的80%和60%左右,有机态中的N/P比值非常接近于浮游生物体中该两元素组成典型比值16;N和P的各种形态含量与其相关的结合成分都有较好的相关关系。  相似文献

Sea surface salinity (SSS) data in the Atlantic Ocean is investigated between 50°N and 30°S based on data collected mostly during the period 1977–2002. Monthly mapping of SSS is done to extract the large-scale variability. This mapped variability indicates fairly long (seasonal) time scales outside the equatorial region. The spatial scales of the seasonal anomalies are regional, but not basin-wide (typically 500–1000 km). These seasonal SSS anomalies are found to respond with a 1–2 month lag to freshwater flux anomalies at the air–sea interface or to the horizontal Ekman advection. This relation presents a seasonal cycle in the northern subtropics and north-east Atlantic indicating that the late-boreal spring/summer season is less active than the boreal winter/early-spring season in forcing the seasonal SSS variability. In the north-eastern mid-latitude Atlantic, SSS is positively correlated to SST, with SSS slightly lagging SST. There are noticeable long-lasting larger-scale signals overlaid on this regional variability. Part of it is related to known climate signals, for example ENSO and NAO. A linear trend is present during the first half of the period in some parts of the basin (usually towards increasing salinities, at least between 20°N and 45°N). Based on a linear regression analysis, these signals combined can locally represent up to 20% of SSS variance (in particular near 30°N/60°W or 40°N/10–30°W), but usually represent less than 10% of the variance.  相似文献

通过单因素分析实验 ,研究了 Fenton试剂降解壳聚糖制备废液过程中各影响因子的作用机制 ,初步得出了其最佳作用范围。通过正交匹配实验 ,确定了最佳操作条件为 :初始 p H=2 .5,终了p H=1 0 ,1 0 g Fe/ L的 Fe2 溶液 1 5m L,30 % H2 O2 2 m L,t(搅拌 ) =80 min,t(静置 ) =8h,T=348K,经验证 COD去除率达到 58.91 %。在常温下 ,利用紫外扫描法简单分析了 Fenton试剂对醋酸钠难降解有机物的降解效率 ,达到了 1 6.39%。  相似文献

CTD, vessel-mounted ADCP and LADCP measurements in the Caribbean passages south of Guadeloupe (three repeats) and along 16°N (five repeats) were carried out between December 2000 and July 2004. The CTD data were used to calculate the contribution of South Atlantic water (SAW) in the upper 1200 m between the isopycnals σθ=24.5 and 27.6. Northern and southern source water masses are defined and an isopycnal mixing approach is applied. The SAW fractions are then combined with the ADCP flow field to calculate the transport of SAW into the Caribbean and across 16°N. The SAW inflow into the Caribbean through the passages south of Guadeloupe ranges from 7.6 to 11.6 Sv, which is 50–75% of the total inflow. The mean (9.1±2.2 Sv) is in the range of previous estimates. Ambiguities in the northern and southern source water masses of the salinity maximum water permitted us only to calculate the contribution of SAW from the eastern source in this water mass. We estimated the additional SAW transport by the western source to be of the order of 1.9±0.7 Sv. The calculation of the SAW transport across 16°N was hampered by the presence of several anticyclonic rings from the North Brazil Current (NBC) retroflection region, some of the rings were subsurface intensified. Provided that the rings observed at 16°N are typical rings and that all rings which are annually produced in the NBC retroflection area (6.5–8.5 per year) reach 16°N, the SAW ring transport across 16°N is calculated to 5.3±0.7 Sv. From the 5 repeats at 16°N, only two showed a net northward flow, suggesting that the mean northward SAW transport is dominated by ring advection. The joint SAW transports of the Caribbean inflow (9.1 Sv) and the flow across 16°N (5.3 Sv) sum up to 14.4 Sv. The transport increases to 16.3 Sv if the additional SAW transport from the western source of SMW (1.9±0.7 Sv) is included. These transport estimates and the following implications depend strongly on the assumption that the surface water in the Caribbean inflow is of South Atlantic origin. The transport estimates are, however, in the range of the inverse model calculations for the net cross-hemispheric flow. About 30–40% of this transport is intermediate water from the South Atlantic, presumably supporting studies which found the contributions of intermediate and upper warm water to be of a comparable magnitude. For the upper warm water (σθ<27.1), the Caribbean inflow seems to be the major path (7.9±1.6 Sv), the ring induced transport across 16°N is about 30% of that value. The intermediate water transport across 16°N was calculated to be 2.3–3.6 Sv, the inflow into the Caribbean is slightly smaller (1.5–2.4 Sv).  相似文献

The north/south-trending Panama Fracture Zone forms the present eastern boundary of the Cocos Plate, with the interplate motion being right-lateral strike-slip. This fracture zone is composed of at least four linear troughs some hundreds of kilometers in length. Separate active or historic faults undoubtedly coincide with each trough. The greatest sediment fill is found in the easternmost trough. Surface and basement depths of the western trough are generally greater than those of the other three; the western trough contains the least sediment, and is most continually linear. Morphology and sediments suggest that the principal locus of strike-slip movement within the fracture zone probably migrated incrementally westward from one fault-trough to another. From north to south, the fracture zone apparently narrows from the continental intersection to approximately 5°30N, and again widens from about 5°N to at least 3°N. Residual E/W-trending magnetic anomalies are centered between two of the four troughs; sea floor spreading in a north-south direction is interpreted to have occurred between 5°30N and 7°N from 4.5 m.y. ago to 2 m.y. ago, with the symmetric center roughly coinciding with a rift valley at 6°10N, 82°30W.  相似文献
