断层在地震数据中显示出奇异性,经过小波变换可以得到断层位置处地震数据的奇异性属性.对包含断层的地震数据进行小波分析处理,能够得到断层的垂直和水平位置.在实际地震资料中将地震信号表示成不同尺度和不同位置的基本单元,然后对变换系数进行极值提取,检测出不同尺度下的地震信号突变特征,从而进行断层检测.对实际地震资料进行地震信号奇异性检测时,首先将地震剖面划分成层,然后在每一层内将尺度参数进行离散化,计算地震记录的小波变换系数,对于某一个尺度求取每一道小波变换系数的最大值,将每一道地震记录小波变换系数的最大值根据原地震道的位置进行排列,得到奇异性曲线.对于某一尺度,断层所在的水平位置对应着奇异性曲线的最值位置,最后绘出整个剖面的极值点检测结果.  相似文献

小波方法作为近年来兴起的一种数据挖掘方法已经应用于地震科学的研究领域.本文介绍了如何利用小波极大值法提取长波辐射值中的地震异常信息,即利用连续小波变换方法计算小波极大值,依据长波辐射在时间、空间上的连续性得出研究区的小波极大值分布,通过分析图中小波极大值的分布形态来识别地震异常,并以汶川地震为例介绍了如何利用小波极大值法提取长波辐射中的地震异常.  相似文献

小波分析在时域和频域具有很好的局部化特性,是分析和处理数字信号强有力的工具。文章将基于小波变换的模极大值去噪算法应用到地震信号的去噪研究中。首先依据相关理论验证算法的有效性,并对红山基准台的地震数据进行去噪分析处理。结果表明,去噪后的信号有效去除了大部分毛刺,去噪效果良好,噪声得到很好的抑制。为实现数据处理的界面化及易操作,在基于小波变换模极大值去噪算法比较分析的基础上,设计一个地震信号去噪系统分析界面,从而实现数据去噪的可视化应用。  相似文献

地震信号属于非线性和非平稳信号,传统的分析方法主要包括短时傅立叶变换、小波变换和Cohen类时频分布等等;希尔伯特-黄变换是分析非平稳信号的新方法,该方法的关键部分是信号的经验模态分解,通过经验模态分解,复杂的信号可以分解为有限的数量很少的几个固有模态函数,从而可以得到信号的希尔伯特时频谱;将该方法应用于单个的地震道数据,可以对地震道进行经验模态分解并得到希尔伯特谱,应用于地震剖面,可以得到意义更加明确的瞬时频率和瞬时振幅等地震属性,模型试算和实际应用表明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

基于Morlet小波变换,提出一种新的定量划分地震活跃期或平静期的分析方法,形成了根据复小波变换得到不同周期累加能谱极大值点变化、实小波变换振动周期谱时频分布以及指定周期的小波振动周期随时间变化的极值分布规律来研究地震活动韵律性及其时变特征的物理思路。通过对全球、中国大陆和华北地区浅源地震年释放能量的时间序列分析。对研究区强震活动的韵律性及其时变特征有了新的认识。根据目前强震活动具有的韵律性,结合历史地震活动情况,对未来研究区地震趋势进行了初步分析。  相似文献

在地震资料频谱分解中,采用匹配地震子波的物理小波,依据地震信号的特征,用振幅、能量衰减率、能量延迟时间及地震子波的中心频率等四类参数构造基本小波,把地震信号分解在小波域,高频分量能够得到精细的刻画.本文以物理小波变换为工具, 给出了该变换中的核函数的选择方法,进而提出了基于物理小波变换的频谱成像方法.我们将此方法用于海上某油田河流相储层的描述,并与常规软件中的小波变换频谱成像结果进行了对比, 结果表明,本文提出的方法更能精细地刻画地质事件.  相似文献

地震波具有非平稳信号特征,能量分布在一个有限带宽范围内.本文根据小波变换的时频特性和分层分解关系,得到了近地震(震中距小于300 km)峰值能量的频率主要集中在3~6 Hz频段这一初步结果.统计分析结果证明了这种方法对于近地震波分析的有效性和可靠性,同时也表明基于小波变换的地震相对能量分布特征可以更准确的给出地震信号的细节.结果对于地震震源及地震波传播规律的研究以及工程抗震设计具有一定的参考意义.  相似文献

This paper presents a wavelet-based multifractal approach to characterize the statistical properties of temporal distribution of the 1982–2012 seismic activity in Mammoth Mountain volcano. The fractal analysis of time-occurrence series of seismicity has been carried out in relation to seismic swarm in association with magmatic intrusion happening beneath the volcano on 4 May 1989. We used the wavelet transform modulus maxima based multifractal formalism to get the multifractal characteristics of seismicity before, during, and after the unrest. The results revealed that the earthquake sequences across the study area show time-scaling features. It is clearly perceived that the multifractal characteristics are not constant in different periods and there are differences among the seismicity sequences. The attributes of singularity spectrum have been utilized to determine the complexity of seismicity for each period. Findings show that the temporal distribution of earthquakes for swarm period was simpler with respect to pre- and post-swarm periods.  相似文献

利用小波变换研究地震勘探信号小波变换的过零点特性,本文提出了用小波变换的过零点特性和地震勘探信号相邻道的横向相关性提高信号分辨率和信噪比的新方法.该方法包括两个主要步骤:①利用相邻地震道信号具有很好相关性,而噪音相关性差的特点以及小波变换的过零点特性得到有效反射波同相轴随空间坐标的变化信息.②利用奇异值分解和最小二乘(SVD-TLS)方法沿同相轴对振幅进行多项式拟合去噪并增加信号高频提高信号分辨率.  相似文献

This paper illustrates the use of image processing techniques for separating seismic waves. Because of the non‐stationarity of seismic signals, the continuous wavelet transform is more suitable than the conventional Fourier transforms for the representation, and thus the analysis, of seismic processes. It provides a 2D representation, called a scalogram, of a 1D signal where the seismic events are well localized and isolated. Supervised methods based on this time‐scale representation have already been used to separate seismic events, but they require strong interactions with the geophysicist. This paper focuses on the use of the watershed algorithm to segment time‐scale representations of seismic signals, which leads to an automatic estimation of the wavelet representation of each wave separately. The computation of the inverse wavelet transform then leads to the reconstruction of the different waves. This segmentation, tracked over the different traces of the seismic profile, enables an accurate separation of the different wavefields. This method has been successfully validated on several real data sets.  相似文献

In the estimate of dispersion with the help of wavelet analysis considerable emphasis has been put on the extraction of the group velocity using the modulus of the wavelet transform. In this paper we give an asymptotic expression of the full propagator in wavelet space that comprises the phase velocity as well. This operator establishes a relationship between the observed signals at two different stations during wave propagation in a dispersive and attenuating medium. Numerical and experimental examples are presented to show that the method accurately models seismic wave dispersion and attenuation.  相似文献

小波模极大值去噪算法中将高频小波系数全部当做噪声处理, 忽略了高频小波系数中仍含有的有用信息, 从而导致了模极大值传播点错选现象以及计算出的噪声方差中仍含有用信息. 针对这些问题, 提出了小波熵与相关性相结合的小波模极大值去噪算法. 将高频小波系数进行相关处理, 确定有效信号的位置; 将最大尺度上的高频小波系数划分成若干个小区间, 计算各区间小波熵; 以小波熵最大区间的高频小波系数的平均值作为噪声方差, 根据Donoho提出的阈值公式计算最大尺度上的阈值; 经阈值比较得到的模极大值点位置与相关处理得到的有用信息的位置进行比较, 保留相同位置的模极大值, 剔除位置不同由噪声引起的模极大值点; 采用即兴(Adhoc)算法逐级搜索各尺度上的模极大值, 并用交替投影算法进行重构. 该算法实现了阈值的自适应选取, 并有效解决了去除错选模极大值传播点的问题. 将本算法和传统去噪方法用于仿真信号处理中, 经对比分析验证了本算法的有效性.   相似文献

小波分析方法在数据处理中已得到成功广泛的应用,这主要得益于它的局部时频分析能力,但是小波分析对方向的表征能力有限。脊波变换具备优越的方向选择性能,能更好地处理含有线状变化特征的信号。本文针对低信噪比地震记录,尝试研究利用脊波变换方法对其进行处理,提高剖面资料信噪比,突出同相轴信息。在对南方某油田的实际地震资料的处理中,可以发现处理后的地震剖面同相轴品质及连续性有了明显改善,信噪比增强,分辨率相应提高,体现出了该方法相对常规小波分析方法的优越性。  相似文献

In this paper, a novel data denoising method is proposed for seismic exploration with a vibrator which produces a chirp-like signal. The method is based on fractional wavelet transform (FRWT), which is similar to the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT). It can represent signals in the fractional domain, and has the advantages of multi-resolution analysis as the wavelet transform (WT). The fractional wavelet transform can process the reflective chirp signal as pulse seismic signal and decompose it into multi-resolution domain to denoise. Compared with other methods, FRWT can offer wavelet transform for signal analysis in the timefractional-frequency plane which is suitable for processing vibratory seismic data. It can not only achieve better denoising performance, but also improve the quality and continuity of the reflection syncphase axis.  相似文献

Noise has traditionally been suppressed or eliminated in seismic data sets by the use of Fourier filters and, to a lesser degree, nonlinear statistical filters. Although these methods are quite useful under specific conditions, they may produce undesirable effects for the low signal to noise ratio data. In this paper, a new method, multi-scale ridgelet transform, is used in the light of the theory of ridgelet transform. We employ wavelet transform to do sub-band decomposition for the signals and then use non-linear thresholding in ridgelet domain for every block. In other words, it is based on the idea of partition, at sufficiently fine scale, a curving singularity looks straight, and so ridgelet transform can work well in such cases. Applications on both synthetic data and actual seismic data from Sichuan basin, South China, show that the new method eliminates the noise portion of the signal more efficiently and retains a greater amount of geologic data than other methods, the quality and consecutiveness of seismic event are improved obviously as well as the quality of section is improved.  相似文献

This paper describes a sort of new method identifying seismic phase by the name of wavelet packet transform. Perfectness and development of the wavelet packet transform is based upon the idea of its multiscale analysis. The method of wavelet packet transform can depict the anomalous changes information of transient spectra of seismic wave onset, and come true the target of identifying seismic phase especially weak seismic phase. Then this paper presents discriminating examples of simulating digital signals and actual seismic phase. Compared with conventional seismic phase discrimination, studied results show that the wavelet packet transform method is an available tool of weak signal analyses, and have unexampled merits and attractive application foreground.
