研究卫不同微量元素浓度和不同EDTA加入量对极大螺旋藻金属元素吸收的影响。结果显示,增加培养基中的微量元素含量有利于藻细胞对金属元素的吸收。少量EDTA的加入,有助于部分金属元素的吸收,较大量的EDTA可阻碍金属元素的吸收。藻细胞的吸附实验表明,极大螺旋藻对Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb有很强的吸附能力,死细胞与活细胞的吸附能力相近,表明这一吸附过程不依赖于生理活动。  相似文献

传统的U-Net卷积神经网络大多存在深层网络梯度消失的问题。本文在U-Net卷积神经网络中加入残差模块,提出了一种改进U-Net卷积神经网络。残差模块保证了U-Net卷积神经网络在误差反向传播过程中梯度的存在,在一定程度上可以缓解梯度消失的问题。最后将改进U-Net卷积神经网络应用于实际储层预测中,实际数据测试结果表明基于改进U-Net卷积神经网络在岩性识别以及“甜点”预测上均能取得较好的效果。   相似文献

本文使用遗传算法对传统神经网络的拓扑结构、权值和阈值进行优化,提出了基于遗传神经网络优化方法的测井曲线重构技术,可克服传统神经网络方法易陷入局部最小值的缺点.以声波测井曲线的重构为例,确定遗传神经网络有关参数并分析其重构效果.为了验证方法的有效性,分别对声波曲线、电阻率曲线和自然伽马曲线进行了重构,结果表明,遗传神经网络的曲线的重构结果要优于传统神经网络.因此,基于遗传神经网络的测井曲线重构具有较好的精度和实用性.  相似文献

针对BP人工神经网络具有易陷入局部极小等缺陷,本文提出了将遗传算法与神经网络结合,同时优化网络结构的权值与阈值的思想,建立了砂土液化判别的遗传神经网络模型。根据地震液化的实测资料,分别对BP〗神经网络判别结果和遗传神经网络判别结果进行了比较,结果表明后者比前者判别能力要好些。  相似文献

常规的转换波静校正的基本思想都是从地震波的运动学特征出发,基于地表一致性假设.在地表条件复杂和地表高程相差较大的地区,它不仅无法解决严重的静校正问题,反而会带来新的畸变.本文基于频率波数域波动方程偏移原理,采用波场延拓方法实现转换波静校正,其关键点在于时间空间域和频率波数域的相对应.文中通过坐标变换将起伏地表转化为新坐标系下的水平地表,把炮点和检波点映射到同一水平面上,然后在新坐标系下推导频率域波动方程延拓公式,接着对下行波P和上行转换波SV分别利用近地表速度向上延拓到基准面,恢复起伏地表到基准面之间的真实波场,最后转换到原始坐标系取出基准面数据完成转换波静校正.通过对模拟和实际数据处理,证明该方法是正确和有效的.  相似文献

It uses a high-pressure 2 Kw Xenon arc as source, with a mirror drum scanner for improved uniformity of irradiation of the target area. The transition zone separating estuarine environments from the coastal ocean is characterized not only by distinctive morphological and sedimentary trends but by unique hydrodynamic forces as well. Lower Chesapeake Bay, a large coastal estuary within the Mid-Atlantic Bight of the U.S. East Coast, experiences complex wave and current-induced forces produced during winter storms. Wave and current measurements made near Thimble Shoal Light over five winter seasons show that most storms simultaneously produce both ocean and bay-generated wave trains that appear as distinct bimodal peaks in directional spectra. Analysis of selected storm wave records reveal that lower-frequency ocean waves, although nominally lower in amplitude than higher-frequency bay waves, are roughly equivalent to bay waves in terms of energy expended on beds of fine- to medium-grained sand at either end of the Thimble Shoal Channel. Grain-friction energy dissipation estimates calculated for waves and currents suggest that waves provide more net energy capable of transporting bottom sediment than currents, although strong barotropic flows briefly encountered during a major storm on 13–14 March 1993, exceeded wave energy expended at the bed by almost an order of magnitude. From analyses of wave orbital velocity spectra, it is shown that dual wave trains characterized by differences in peak frequency and direction may assist each other through interactions that increase their combined contribution to frictional energy dissipation and inferred sediment transport at the bed.  相似文献

在电缆测井中,可以利用偶极声场中的弯曲波反演软地层的横波速度.然而,在随钻声波测井(LWD)中,钢制钻铤的存在使得井孔结构变得复杂,同时改变了井孔声场,弯曲波也变得难以测定.此外,弯曲波与钻铤波耦合在一起,使得地层横波速度的反演变得困难.本文计算分析了随钻声场的频散曲线和激发曲线,注意到了偶极舒尔特波在较宽频带内速度频散很弱,特别是在本文研究的软地层情况下,偶极舒尔特波速度在3至25kHz的频率范围内几乎为一个常值,并且该值与地层横波速度存在一一对应关系.舒尔特波速度远小于其他模式波速度,与其他模式波在时域上易分离.相对于其他地层参数,舒尔特波对地层横波速度十分敏感.因此,它可以用来反演软地层的横波速度.  相似文献

Due to the presence of joints, waves are greatly attenuated when propagating across rock masses. Zhu et al. (2011) (Normally incident wave propagation across a joint set with virtual wave source method. J. Appl. Geophys.73, 283–288.) studied normally incident wave propagation across a joint set with the virtual wave source method (VWSM). The introduced VWSM has merits in some aspects, especially the capability of separating differently arriving transmitted waves. However, normal wave incidence is only the special case for wave incidence with arbitrary incident angles. Obliquely incident wave propagation across a joint set is more complicated than normally incident wave propagation due to wave transformation at the joints. As a continuation of the previous paper, this work is extended to analytically study obliquely incident wave propagation across joints with VWSM. Complete theoretical reflection and transmission coefficients across single joint described by displacement discontinuity model are derived through plane wave analysis. The superposition of P wave and S wave is for the first time mathematically expressed and studied. The VWSM is verified through comparison with the propagation matrix method. Through extensive parametric studies on wave transmission across single and multiple parallel joints, it is shown that transmitted wave energy is mainly constrained in the transmitted wave of the same type as the incident wave. And with increasing joint stiffness, the transmission coefficients across single joint increases except those whose wave type is different from the incident wave. The amplitude of superposed transmitted wave for P wave incidence increases with incident angle, which is coincident with field observations. Both joint spacing and number of joints have significant effects on transmission coefficients. We find that when joint spacing is sufficiently large, the transmission coefficient is no longer a constant as the normally incident wave propagation case (Zhu et al., 2011). And when joints are very closely spaced, wave attenuation depends little on the number of joints, which is different from the conclusions from equivalent medium method.  相似文献

Error equations for the kinematic wave and diffusion wave approximations were derived under simplified conditions for space-independent flows occurring on infiltrating planes or channels. These equations specify error as a function of time in the flow hydrograph. The kinematic wave, diffusion wave and dynamic wave solutions were parameterized through a dimensionless parameter γ which is dependent on the initial conditions. This parameter reflects the effect of initial flow depth, channel bed slope, lateral inflow and channel roughness when the initial condition is non-vanishing; it reflects the effect of bed slope, channel roughness, lateral inflow and infiltration when the initial condition is vanishing. 岩石的各向异性与油气的运移和储集有着密切关系.在油气勘探和油气田开发中,横波对各向异性的敏感性具有重要价值,它可提供一些其他方法无法获取的新信息.纵波在地下传播时,当通过路径的岩石存在各向异性时,会在波阻抗界面产生纵波和横波.这相当于纵波震源同时激发出纵波和横波,利用这些信息就可以对地下岩石的物性进行研究.本文以有限差分为基础,以地下油气田的储藏地质特性为对象,利用弹性波波动方程的传播特性, 研究P_SV转换波,分析其传播特征,用来指导其在储层预测中的应用.通过研究分析可以看出,P_SV转换波通过含油气介质时受影响比较少,能够得到比纵波好的多的成像资料.  相似文献

River water temperature is an important water quality parameter that also influences most aquatic life. Physical processes influencing water temperature in rivers are highly complex. This is especially true for the estimation of river heat exchange processes that are highly dependent on good estimates of radiation fluxes. Furthermore, very few studies were found within the stream temperature dynamic literature where the different radiation components have been measured and compared at the stream level (at microclimate conditions). Therefore, this study presents results on hydrometeorological conditions for a small tributary within Catamaran Brook (part of the Miramichi River system, New Brunswick, Canada) with the following specific objectives: (1) to compare between stream microclimate and remote meteorological conditions, (2) to compare measured long‐wave radiation data with those calculated from an analytical model, and (3), to calculate the corresponding river heat fluxes. The most salient findings of this study are (1) solar radiation and wind speed are parameters that are highly site specific within the river environment and play an important role in the estimation of river heat fluxes; (2) the incoming, outgoing, and net long‐wave radiation within the stream environment (under the forest canopy) can be effectively calculated using empirical formula; (3) at the study site more than 80% of the incoming long‐wave radiation was coming from the forest; (4) total energy gains were dominated by solar radiation flux (for all the study periods) followed by the net long‐wave radiation (during some periods) whereas energy losses were coming from both the net long‐wave radiation and evaporation. Conductive heat fluxes have a minor contribution from the overall heat budget (<3·5%); (5) the reflected short‐wave radiation at the water surface was calculated on average as 3·2%, which is consistent with literature values. Results of this study contribute towards a better understanding of river heat fluxes and water temperature models as well as for more effective aquatic resources and fisheries management.
