西北地区晚第四纪黄土地层与环境

在中国西北地区的高山、高原与内陆干旱沙漠的交界带(半干旱区),沉积有一定厚度的晚第四纪黄土,厚度从几米到40～50m,1.5×10~6a以来的黄土地层可分为6段,分别为:S_0,全新世古土壤,时代<8.5×10~3a.B.P.;L_(1-1),上马兰黄土层,0.85～2.5(2.1～2.7)×10~4a.B.P.;Sm,马兰黄土中部古土壤层,2.5×10~4～5.4×10~4a.B.P.;L_(1-2),下马兰黄土层,5.4×10~4～8×10~4a.B.P.;S_1,离石黄土顶部古土壤层,即末次间冰期古土壤,8×10~4～1.4×10~5a.B.P.;L_2,离石黄土,即倒数第二次冰期形成的黄土,>1.4×10~5a.B.P.黄土与石土壤层的磁化率值相差数倍。黄土地层磁化率曲线可做为气候变化的代用指标。位于兰州附近的临夏黄土地层剖面,其环境变化信息记录的精度可与深海和南极Vostok冰芯对比。     

湖北郧县辽瓦店黄土剖面风化特征及其对气候变化的响应

对湖北郧县辽瓦店剖面的沉积学特征及磁化率、粒度、Rb、Sr含量等理化指标进行了研究。结果表明:辽瓦店剖面自下而上具有马兰黄土(L₁)-过渡层(L_t)-古土壤(S₀)-全新世黄土(L₀)-表土(TS)地层序列;不同地层单元的风化成壤差异明显,其成壤强弱顺序为古土壤S₀成壤最强、全新世黄土L₀和过渡层L_t次之、马兰黄土L₁最弱。成壤强弱的变化揭示出该区晚更新世末期(11 500 a BP以前)气候干冷,全新世早期(11 500~8 500 a BP)气候处于晚更新世干冷向全新世中期暖湿的过渡阶段,全新世中期(8 500~3 100 a BP)气候最为温暖湿润,全新世晚期(3 100 a BP以来)气候转为干冷且逐渐恶化的变化过程。     

南极半岛鲍威尔海盆D4-9柱样古地磁及磁组构特征

为了探讨中更新世以来南极半岛东北部鲍威尔海盆沉积环境气候演变及古流向特征,对采自南极半岛东北部鲍威尔海盆内一根3 m长的柱样进行了古地磁和磁组构参数测试和特征分析。结果表明:(1)该柱样在2.73 m处为布容正极性与松山反极性期的界线,由此推算出在距今780 ka到现代该区域沉积速率较低,约为0.35 cm·ka-1;(2)中更新世以来该区域共出现过5次暖沉积事件,并且在暖期事件中存在3次明显的冷期气候波动事件;(3)该区域在暖期古流向方向不明显,水流方向变化频繁,而在暖期之间的过渡时期,古流向以近似南北向为主。     

陕西五里铺黄土微量元素组成与全新世气候不稳定性研究

通过对岐山黄土剖面Pb、Cu、Zn、Cd、Mn元素含量、磁化率及粒度的研究表明,这些元素含量变化实质是气候变化的直接结果,其含量高指示风化成壤作用强烈的湿润环境,含量低指示寒冷的干旱环境。揭示出黄土高原南部全新世气候在总体温暖的情况下有明显波动变化,在5000~6000 a BP出现一次明显气候干旱期,使全新世"大暖期"分裂形成两个主要的成壤期S₀¹和S₀²。在S₀¹、S₀²成壤时期仍存在次一级的气候变化事件。全新世时期该地区经历了黄土沉积(L_t)→古土壤发育(S₀²)→黄土覆盖(L₀²)→土壤再度发育(S₀¹)→黄土堆积及现代表土(L10)的发展演化阶段。     

河北平原深州地区JZ孔第四纪年代地层划分研究

通过对河北平原深州地区JZ孔光释光测年、古地磁定年与岩性岩相组合特征的综合分析,划分并厘定了其第四纪年代地层序列。研究认为:该孔全新统(0～10.35 m)底界年龄为10.10 ka B.P.(相当于0.01 Ma B.P.);上更新统(10.35～52.68 m)底界年龄为127.70 ka B.P.(相当于0.128 Ma B.P.);中更新统(52.68～112.17 m)底界年龄为0.78 Ma B.P.(即古地磁B/M界线);下更新统(112.17～365.42 m)底界年龄为2.58 Ma B.P.(即古地磁M/G界线)。该划分方案符合区域地层及沉积环境演化总体特征。JZ孔磁性地层记录的Blake负极性亚时应为区域性极性漂移事件,利用古地磁Blake极性亚时划分河北平原上更新统底界应慎重对待,需有绝对年龄的约束。     

陕西横山L2以来风沙/黄土沉积序列的粒度端元特征及其环境意义

受气候振荡的影响,沙漠边界多次往复摆动,在地层中留下了黄土、古土壤与古风成沙的迭覆沉积。通过传统粒度参数和端元分析模型方法对陕西横山HS剖面L_2以来风成沙—沙质黄土—沙质古土壤所蕴含的粒度成分、相应的沉积信息和沙地进退进行探讨。结果表明:HS剖面粒度组成不同于黄土区,以极细砂(31.07%)、细砂(30.20%)和粗粉砂(23.38%)为主,具有大小混杂的宽粒级范围的明显特征。因此在黄土区具有全球古环境意义的粒度指标未必适合本区,运用参数化端元分析模型对本区粒度指标进行分离,以期得到适宜本区的气候环境指标。其中,端元1(EM1)的众数粒径为8.93μm,反映了西风环流的信息;端元2(EM2)的平均粒径为32.82μm,很大程度上间接指示东亚冬季风强度的变化;端元5(EM5)的平均粒径为235.46μm,是极强冬季风或强风暴的替代性指标,其含量反馈当时冬季风的强烈程度。由此,研究认为陕西横山自L_2以来发生了5次沙地扩张和3次沙地后退事件,其中风成沙层为强烈冬季风环境引发毛乌素沙地扩张时堆积的;而冬季风强度大为减弱时,沙丘迁移被沙尘堆积所取代,形成沙质黄土层;古土壤层是在冬季风相对萎缩时发育的。冰期形成的风成沙层对目前区域沙漠化存在不可忽视的潜在威胁,保护全新世形成的土壤层是防治区域沙漠化的重要措施。     

泾河中游地区全新世成壤环境演变研究

根据长武ETC全新世土壤剖面的测定分析,探讨了该地区全新世成壤环境演变过程,阐明了先周时代土壤特征及人类耕作对成壤过程的影响。研究结果表明,全新世早期气候温和干燥,沙尘暴明显减弱,风尘堆积速率降低,具有轻微生物风化成壤作用;对应于全新世最适宜期,该地气候温暖湿润,生物风化成壤作用大于风尘堆积作用,为典型的黑垆土成壤期。从3 100 a B.P.开始,季风气候格局发生转变,气候干旱化,沙尘暴加剧,风尘堆积速率大于生物风化成壤速率,土壤资源自然退化,形成弱成壤层和黄土层,两层均属于全新世黄土L₀。先周时期耕作层对应古土壤层的顶部,土壤具有典型的团粒结构。3 100 a B.P.时的季风转变导致的气候干旱化与土壤退化促使了游牧民族南迁和"古公迁岐"事件的发生。     

长江下游地区下蜀黄土堆积与成壤环境演变——以南京江北地区一典型剖面为例

通过对南京江北地区一个典型剖面（TZC剖面）进行野外调查、室内磁化率、粒度等替代性指标分析和光释光断代研究,探讨了该地区第一层古土壤形成时的粉尘堆积与成壤环境演变特点。结果表明:第一层古土壤（400⁵0cm）形成于全新世最适宜期（8500³100aBP）,是在末次冰期下蜀黄土堆积成壤基础上的再发育,与下伏黄土之间存在发生学联系。根据沉积年代和沉积厚度对沉积速率估算,该地区末次冰期沉积速率约为11.17cm/ka,而且可以推测古土壤顶部经历过强烈的水土侵蚀作用,侵蚀的厚度为98.67cm,侵蚀下来的黄土在地势低洼的地方形成次生黄土,这表明了次生黄土同为风尘成因,只是经过后期雨水的侵蚀、搬运和再堆积而已。全新世晚期3100年以来,季风转变,沙尘暴加剧,土壤退化,在南京江北地区堆积成厚约50cm左右的现代黄土层或表土层。     

郧县盆地风成黄土—古土壤与汉江Ⅰ级阶地形成年龄研究

在对汉江上游河谷进行野外考察的基础上,就郧县盆地汉江Ⅰ级阶地及其风成黄土-古土壤覆盖层沉积学和理化性质进行了研究,并且采用OSL方法进行了测年断代.获得了26个OSL年龄数据,证实厚层风成黄土L1底部的年龄在25 ka BP,而剖面底部风成黄土-冲积砂层交互层(T1-al2)年龄范围在55-25 ka BP之间.地层年龄说明Ⅰ级阶地上黄土的堆积过程基本连续,汉江Ⅰ级阶地的发展经历了早期新构造抬升与河流下切阶段(55-25 ka BP)和晚期阶地面稳定接受沉积(25-0 ka BP)两个阶段.距今55 ka BP前后,新构造运动抬升和汉江下切作用加剧,河漫滩相沉积层开始脱离水面并接受风尘堆积物.这个过程持续到距今约25 ka BP,期间河水不时地淹没阶地面,从而形成了风成黄土-冲积砂交互的沉积学特征.距今约25 ka BP以来,河水不再淹没阶地,汉江Ⅰ级阶地最终形成,阶地面开始接受连续的风尘堆积.在汉江下切作用加剧的同时,全球性末次冰期的发展也逐步进入冰盛期,风尘活动强烈,在阶地表面堆积形成了厚层黄土.汉江Ⅰ级阶地形成以来,气候的变化使黄土覆盖层受到不同程度的风化成壤改造,形成了黄土-古土壤地层,其地层序列从下向上依次为:河流相砂卵石层(T1-al1)→黄土-冲积砂互层(T1-al2)→马兰黄土(L1)→过渡黄土(L1)→古土壤(S0)→近代黄土(L0)→表土(MS).这个层序记录汉江上游流域自从25 ka BP以来的气候变化经历末次冰期后东南季风逐渐加强、中全新世季风强盛、晚全新世季风衰退和气候变干的演变模式.     

青海喇家遗址土壤序列及史前山洪泥流灾难释光测年研究

位于青藏高原东北部边缘的青海民和官亭盆地喇家遗址,保存着全新世环境变化、人类活动、复杂地表过程演变与突发性灾难事件的记录。关于其史前群发性灾难的成因及发生年代问题,争议颇多,受到国内外学术界和媒体的广泛关注。经过多年来深入彻底的调查研究,在上喇家村南侧、喇家遗址北部区域首次发现完整连续的晚更新世晚期以来黄土—土壤地层剖面。在详尽的土壤与沉积学观察和层次关系分析的基础上,系统性采集样品,进行了光释光测年。由此在黄河第二级阶地风成黄土与黑垆土类土壤为主的区域,建立起了喇家遗址土壤沉积物地层序列与年代框架。结果表明,该剖面从12000 a BP堆积发育至今,从下至上的层序为晚更新世马兰黄土顶部（L_1-1）、全新世早期过渡性黄土（L_t）、全新世中期古土壤（S₀）、近代黄土（L₀）与现代土壤层（MS）。其中在全新世中期古土壤黑垆土层（S₀）之内,OSL年龄3960-3650 a BP期间,发现有3层红色粘土质泥流沉积层插入,记录了3次大规模山洪泥流溢出沟槽、在平坦的阶地表面扩散沉积、掩埋齐家文化聚落而成灾的事件。综合多种断代方法结果,确定这3期山洪泥流灾难性事件分别发生在3850 a BP、3800 a BP、3600 a BP左右。其中第一场山洪泥流在阶地表面大范围扩散过程当中,覆盖了喇家遗址东部区域。这就充分表明,来自于官亭盆地北部第三系红层丘陵沟壑区的暴雨山洪泥流过程,与同时期发生的若干次大地震,共同毁灭了喇家遗址齐家文化聚落的东部区域。这些研究成果,对于深入探讨官亭盆地环境变化与人地关系演变规律、准确理解喇家遗址的形成、史前人类活动、突发性灾难及其毁灭过程问题,具有重要的科学意义。
