The species composition, density, biomass, and distribution of zooplankton of the northeastern Sakhalin shelf, Sea of Okhotsk (Chaivo, Pil’tunskii, and Morskoi regions) were studied in October 2014. Zooplankton was represented by 15 taxonomic groups, which were dominated by Copepoda (13 species). The average density and biomass was highest in the Chaivo region (14112 ± 4322 ind./m3, 395 ± 107 mg/m3) and in the Pil’tunskii region (16692 ± 10707 ind./m3, 346 ± 233 mg/m3); the abundance of detected taxonomic groups was minimal (8–12). The average density and biomass of zooplankton was up to 4304 ± 2441 ind./m3, 133 ± 77 mg/m3 in the Morskoi region and increased with depth; the abundance of taxa was maximum (15). Four species of copepods made up the majority of the density and biomass of zooplankton: Acartia hudsonica, Eurytemora herdmani, Pseudocalanus newmani, and Oithona similis. In the Chaivo region, species of the genera Acartia, Eurytemora, and Oithona dominated and subdominated; in Pil’tunskii region, species of the genera Acartia and Oithona dominated and subdominated; and in the Morskoi region, species of the genera Oithona, Pseudocalanus, and Acartia dominated and subdominated.  相似文献

Seasonal variation of marine plankton spatial distribution is important in understanding the biological processes in the ocean.In this study,we studied spatial distribution of planktonic ciliate abundance and biomass in the central deep area(station depth greater than 60 m) and the coastal shallow area(station depth less than 60 m) of the southern Yellow Sea(32°–36.5°N,121°–125°E) in spring(April) and autumn(October–November) of 2006.Our results showed that both ciliate abundance and biomass in the surface waters were higher in spring((1 490±2 336)ind./L;(4.11±7.81) μg/L) than in autumn((972±823) ind./L;(1.11±1.18) μg/L,calculated by carbon).Ciliate abundance and biomass in the surface waters of the coastal shallow area were similar in spring and autumn.However,in the central deep area,those values were much higher in spring((1 878±2 893) ind./L;(5.99±10.10)μg/L) than in autumn((738±373) ind./L;(0.74±0.76) μg/L).High values of ciliate abundance and biomass occurred in the central deep area in spring and in the coastal shallow area in autumn.Mixotrophic ciliate Laboea strobila was abundant in the central deep area in spring,when a phytoplankton bloom occurred.However,in autumn,L.strobila was abundant in the coastal shallow area.Boreal tintinnid Ptychocyli obtusa was found in spring.Both L.strobila and P.obtusa were concentrated in the surface waters when their abundance was more than 1 000 ind./L.Peaks of these species were in the subsurface waters when their abundance was less than 400 ind./L.This study showed that both high abundance and biomass of ciliates occurred in different areas in southern Yellow Sea seasonally.  相似文献

As one of the important microzooplankton in marine pelagic habitats, tintinnids are classified as neritic genera,oceanic genera and cosmopolitan genera. Until now, we know little about the interaction between neritic and oceanic genera in continental shelves. Low species richness area was found in the mixing area between neritic and oceanic genera in the East China Sea. In this study, we investigated the spatial distribution of tintinnid community throughout the entire Bohai Sea in May(spring) of 2014 to find out:(1) whether the tintinnid assembalges differed in the three major bays bordering this shallow inland sea;(2) whether there was low species richness area in the Bohai Sea. Three genera and 11 species attributed to neritic and cosmopolitan taxa were reported from this region. Tintinnid abundance averaged(81±216) ind./L(0–1 234 ind./L). Tintinnid community differed within the three major bays, with each characterized by different tintinnid taxa. Referring to the average abundance of three bays, tintinnids were most abundant in the Laizhou Bay((328±445) ind./L), and least abundant in the Liaodong Bay((34±57) ind./L). A low species richness area occurred in the central Bohai Sea(20–40 m isobaths), in some stations of which no tintinnid was recorded. Our study demonstrates that tintinnid community varied greatly over small spatial scales, and low species richness area was found in the mixing area between neritic and oceanic genera within this inland sea.  相似文献

本研究基于2014—2018年每年8月份,于秦皇岛海域使用浅水Ⅰ型浮游生物网采集的浮游动物样品数据,分析了小型水母群落的组成种类和丰度分布特征及环境因子与水母群落特征之间的关系。结果如下:2014—2018年调查海域共出现小型水母13种,其中2014、2015和2017年夏季水母种类数均为7种,2016年夏季水母种类数为6种,2018年夏季水母种类数最少,仅为2种。秦皇岛近岸水域水母的优势种包括薮枝螅水母、球型侧腕水母和锡兰和平水母。2016年夏季秦皇岛水域水母丰度的平均值最高,达到了95.0ind./m3。2014、2015和2018年分别为66.9ind./m3、69.1ind./m3和35.4ind./m3。2017年最低,为14.9ind./m3。通过小型水母丰度与环境因子之间的相关性分析,结果显示:温度、盐度、pH、磷酸盐、溶解氧、无机氮、悬浮物等环境因子会对秦皇岛夏季水域水母群落结构的年际间变化产生显著影响。  相似文献

Forty-two mesozooplankton samples were collected in the Barents Sea during the cruise of the R/V Dal’nie Zelentsy in August 2006. In total, 72 taxa of planktic animals were found. The minimal average mesozooplankton abundance was noted in the Murmansk coastal waters in the south of the sea (154 ind./m3), while the maximal was noted in the Arctic waters (1533 ind./m3). The average wet biomass varied from 32 to 830 mg/m3. The zooplankton abundance and biomass exceeded the relevant average long-term parameters by 1.5–2 times and by 1.2–1.4 times, respectively. The mean biodiversity (Shannon’s index) of the zooplankton communities was low: H′ = 1.62 ± 0.104 bit/ind.  相似文献

在北冰洋的高纬度海区,陆坡—海盆之间的交换对极北哲水蚤(Calanus hyperboreus)的种群补充具有非常重要的意义。为了研究极北哲水蚤在西北冰洋种群补充的地理差异,我们利用2003年夏季所采集的样品,分析了该物种的丰度、种群结构和体长分布。从总丰度的地理分布来看,极北哲水蚤主要分布在楚科奇海与楚科奇深海平原之间的陆坡区(CS-slope),而在水深较浅的楚科奇海并没有记录。在CS-slope区域,极北哲水蚤的总丰度在1 110.0—5 815.0个/m3之间,而其他海区的总丰度在40.0—950.0个/m3之间。从不同的发育期分布上来看,早期幼体(CI-CIV)在CS-slope区域占优势,而CV期幼体和成体在深水海盆区占优势。从体长的地理分布上来看,差异最为明显的是CⅢ期幼体,其在CS-slope区域的前体长在2.48—2.61 mm之间,而在其他海区的前体长在2.16—2.37 mm之间。与环境因子相关性的分析结果显示,早期幼体(CI-CIV)的丰度与叶绿素a的浓度呈正相关关系,而CV期幼体和成体却与叶绿素a的浓度呈负相关关系。我们的结果表明,极北哲水蚤可以通过加快第一个生长季节的发育速度而受益于初级生产力的增加,并且高生产力的CS-slope区域是陆坡-海盆之间种群补充的潜在来源。  相似文献

山东长岛潮间带大型底栖动物生态特征研究   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:3  
2015年11月(秋季)、2016年2月(冬季)、2016年6月(春季)、2016年9月(夏季)大潮期间对山东长岛列岛中南长山岛和北长山岛的3个不同底质类型的潮间带采样点进行了系统的大型底栖动物调查,研究了其数量特征和季节变化,包括群落种类组成、密度和生物量、优势种、物种多样性等,结果表明:本次调查共鉴定出大型底栖动物隶属7个门,共81种。其中环节动物门多毛类动物25种,软体动物门25种,节肢动物门22种,棘皮动物门6种,其他类群共3种(包括纽虫、腔肠动物和鱼类各1种)。潮间带大型底栖动物平均密度为118.97 ind./m~2,软体动物和甲壳动物占据了研究区域底栖群落的密度主要成分,两者分别占比为39.58%和36.68%。各采样点平均密度为北长山岛(BCS)(141.17 ind./m~2)避险角(NCS1)(122.33ind./m~2)明珠广场东(NCS2)(93.42ind./m~2);各采样点平均生物量为128.03g/m~2,软体动物和甲壳动物占据了研究区域底栖群落的生物量主要成分,两者分别占比为58.56%和35.32%。平均生物量北长山岛(BCS)(234.95g/m~2)避险角(NCS1)(99.99g/m~2)明珠广场东(NCS2)(49.13g/m~2)。从季节来看,各站点的物种数、平均密度和生物量季节变化的规律性不明显,总体为秋、春季较多,夏、冬季较少。3个站点物种多样性指数(H′)、丰富度指数(D)和均匀度指数(J′)平均值分别为2.30、1.99和0.79,各潮区中,均为中潮带低潮带高潮带,各季节变化不明显。优势种受底质类型和季节变化的影响明显,没有在各站点和季节均为优势种的种类,主要的优势种有平背蜞(Gaetice depressus)、绒螯近方蟹(Hemigrapsus penicillatus)、短滨螺(Littorina brevicula)等。与以往历史资料相比,长岛潮间带生物出现了一定变化,种类和数量减少,与烟台近岸潮间带大型底栖动物种类组成差别很大。  相似文献

根据2002—2003年长江口28°00'~32°00'N,122°00'~123°30'E海域4个季节的海洋调查数据,运用定量、定性方法探讨了长江口及邻近海域浮游端足类总丰度的平面分布、季节变化及与渔场的关系,分析了优势种的数量变动和对浮游端足类总丰度的贡献,并与东海外海种类的生态特征做了比较。结果表明,长江口及邻近海域浮游端足类丰度季节变化主要受温度的影响,而平面分布变化则与盐度相关。平均丰度在夏季最高(2.75个/m3),在冬季最低(0.10个/m3)。本次调查共发现浮游端足类49种,江湖独眼钩虾(Monoculodes limnophilus)和裂颏蛮(Lestrigonus schizogeneios)是最主要的优势种,江湖独眼钩虾在四季中对端足类总丰度都有很大贡献,在春秋冬三季为第一优势种,说明江湖独眼钩虾对相对较低的温度具有一定的适应能力,裂颏蛮则只在春夏秋季有较大贡献,其中夏季裂颏蛮贡献率为0.87,高于江湖独眼钩虾,这与裂颏蛮具有较高温度的环境适应能力有关。浮游端足类种类数与总丰度都与表层温度的线性相关显著,同表层盐度的相关不显著。作为长江口鱼类的重要饵料之一,浮游端足类的数量分布对长江口和舟山海域渔场的形成有重要的意义。  相似文献

Jellyfish are often the most prominent components of plankton, with severe consequences for fisheries and tourism. However, in tropical regions, there is much uncertainty about these consequences due to the lack of basic data. Our objective was to improve the knowledge about jellyfish in the Western Atlantic, with an emphasis on understanding diversity, abundance, and distribution patterns. Samples were collected at 34 stations in 1995 using a 300‐μm‐mesh Bongo net. The 21 species identified belonged to Hydromedusae (11), Siphonophora (nine), and Scyphomedusae (one). The overall mean density was low (5.2 ± 5.3 ind. m?3). Total Hydromedusae biomass was 130.86 mg C m?3, and total Siphonophora biomass was 19.04 mg C m?3. Chelophyes appendiculata (Eschscholtz, 1829) was the most frequent species captured in the oceanic samples, and Aglaura hemistoma (Péron & Lesueur, 1810) was the most common in the neritic region. The latter species is sometimes characterized as a bloom associated with the most polluted and eutrophic river plumes. The main role of jellyfish species in the area is as a higher‐order carnivore. A cross‐shelf significant difference (P < 0.05) was registered, with higher species numbers in oceanic regions and higher densities and biomass in neritic regions.  相似文献

利用东海近海典型网箱养殖海湾三沙湾9个航次数据,基于群落结构时空差异,阐释网箱养殖活动对多毛纲(Polychaeta)动物群落的影响。就群落组成而言,网箱养殖和非网箱养殖水域多毛纲物种组成存在差异,丝鳃虫科(Cirratulidae)和多鳞虫科(Polynoidae)分别是两种水域最占优势的类群;网箱养殖水域多毛纲优势物种的丰度及丰度比值略高于非网箱养殖区(104.06ind./m248.29ind./m2,57.59%46.96%)。双因素方差分析(采样时间和养殖方式)结果表明,两种因素对物种数(S)、丰度(N)、生物量(B)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)、Pielou均匀度指数(J′)、Margalef丰富度指数(d)等典型群落参数的交互作用不显著(P0.05);考虑两种因素独立效应时,群落参数均无显著空间差异(P0.05),但存在极显著时间差异(P0.01)。双因素群落结构相似性分析(two-way ANOSIM analysis)表明群落结构无显著空间差异(P0.05),但存在极显著时间差异(P0.01)。典型对应分析(canonical correspondence analysis,CCA)显示pH、水深和溶解氧是影响三沙湾多毛纲动物分布格局的主要环境因子。上述结论显示,三沙湾网箱养殖活动对多毛纲动物群落结构已产生一定影响,主要表现在群落组成方面,群落结构和部分典型底栖环境因子具较强相关性。  相似文献

2013年5月对辽东湾中部的大型底栖生物进行了调查,分析了该海域底栖生物的种类组成、丰度、生物量、群落结构及其与环境因子的关系。调查海域共发现大型底栖生物70种,包括多毛类24种,甲壳类18种,软体动物20种,棘皮动物7种,纽虫1种。相对重要性指数大于100的种类有14种,排名前3位的分别是日本游泳水虱、毛蚶、日本长尾虫。底栖动物丰度平均值为244.2个/m~2,生物量为52.52 g/m~2,棘皮动物是生物量的重要贡献者。多样性指数平均值为3.24,丰度生物量比较曲线分析结果认为调查海域大型底栖动物群落未受到干扰,底栖生物群落的结构相似性较低,在20%的相似程度上可分为5个组。底层水中溶解氧含量是影响底栖生物的主要因素,不同底质条件是影响底栖生物生物量和群落结构的重要因素。  相似文献

根据2014—2016年粤西海陵湾养殖区湾内和湾外邻近海域21°27′—21°38′N、111°42′—111°57′E 4个航次调查资料,对其大型底栖动物生态学特征进行了研究。结果表明,共鉴定大型底栖动物64种,春季种类最多为39种,秋季最低为17种。4季均以环节动物种类数最多,软体动物次之。不同季节间优势种有所差异,仅倍棘蛇尾Amphioplus sp.为周年优势种。春、夏、秋和冬季第一优势种分别为倍棘蛇尾、菲律宾蛤仔Ruditapes philippinarum、短吻铲荚螠Listriolobus brevirostris和平蛤蜊Mactra mera。平均丰度和生物量分别为213ind./m~2和15.4g/m~2,其中丰度以春季最高为248ind./m~2,夏季最低为167ind./m~2,而生物量则以秋季最高为28.0g/m~2,春季最低为2.4g/m~2;平面分布总体呈现湾外高于湾内的趋势。底栖动物Pielou均匀度和Shannon-Wiener多样性指数分别为0.95—1.00和1.56—4.07,其中时间分布规律明显,春季最高,秋季最低;空间上,两者无明显分布差异。群落结构时空差异显著,为沉积物类型、水深、底层无机氮和悬浮物以及捕食压力等因素共同影响的结果。  相似文献

Samples were collected with a plankton net in the four seasonal cruises during 2006-2007 to study the seasonal variability of the zooplankton community in the southwest part of Huanghai Sea Cold Water Mass (HSCWM, Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass). The spatial and temporal variations of zooplankton species composition, biomass, abundance and biodiversity were examined. A total of 122 zooplankton species and 30 pelagic larvae were identified in the four cruises. Calanus sinicus and Aidanosagitta crassa were the most dominant species, and Themisto gaudichaudi and Euphausia pacifica were widely distributed in the HSCWM area. The spatial patterns of non-gelatinous zooplankton (removing the high water content groups) were similar to those of the total zooplankton biomass in autumn, but different significantly in the other three seasons. The seasonal means of zooplankton biomass in spring and summer were much higher than that in autumn and winter. The total zooplankton abundance averaged 283.5 ind./m~3 in spring (highest), 192.5 ind./m~3 in summer, 165.5 ind./m~3 in autumn and 65.9 ind./m~3 in winter (lowest), and the non-gelatinous groups contributed the most total abundance. Correlation analysis suggests that the non-gelatinous zooplankton biomass and abundance had a significant positive correlation in the whole year, but the relationship was insignificant between the total zooplankton biomass and abundance in spring and summer. The diversity index H of zooplankton community averaged 1.88 in this study, which was somewhat higher than historical results. Relatively low diversity in summer was related to the high dominance of Calanus sinicus, probably due to the strongest effect of the HSCWM in this season.  相似文献

2012年9月对辽东湾西部倾倒区海域的大型底栖动物进行了调查。调查海域共发现底栖动物54种,包括多毛类35种,甲壳类10种,软体动物6种,棘皮动物1种,其他2种。底栖动物丰度平均为1 140.8个/m2,生物量为11.02 g/m2,多样性指数平均为3.39。丰度、生物量比较结果显示,调查海域大型底栖动物群落受到中度干扰,调查海域底栖动物群落可分为以对照组为主的群落和倾倒区群落。海洋倾倒导致倾倒区内大型底栖动物的种类数量、丰度、生物量和多样性水平下降,群落特征种受倾倒的影响较明显。底栖动物与重金属含量之间无显著相关关系,掩埋是辽东湾西部倾倒活动主要的影响方式。  相似文献

Horizontal and vertical distributions of δ~(18)O and δ~(13)C were investigated in shells of four planktonic foraminiferal species, Globigerinoides ruber, Globigerinoides sacculifer, Pulleniatina obliquiloculata and Neogloboquedrina dutertrei, from a total of 62 core-top sediment samples from the Indonesian throughflow region. Results were compared to modern hydrologic conditions in order to explore potential of proxies in reconstructing fluvial discharge and upper ocean water column characteristics in this region. Our results show that, in the Makassar Strait, both of depleted δ~(18)O and δ~(13)C of these four species were linked to freshwater input. In the Bali Sea,however, depleted δ~(18)O and δ~(13)C for these species may be due to different reasons. Depleted δ~(18)O was a result of freshwater input and as well influenced by along-shore currents while depleted δ~(13)C was more likely due to the Java-Sumatra upwelling. Comparison of shell δ~(18)O records and hydrographic data of World Ocean Atlas 2005 suggests that G. ruber and G. sacculifer calcify within the mixed-layer, respectively at 0–50 m and 20–75 m water depth, and P. obliquiloculata and N. dutertrei within the upper thermocline, both at 75–125 m water depth. N.dutertrei calcifies at slightly deeper water depth than P. obliquiloculata does. In general, δ~(13)C values of both G.ruber and G. sacculifer are larger than those of P. obliquiloculata and N. dutertrei at all sites, possibly related to depth habitats of these species and vertical distribution of nutrients in the Indonesian throughflow region.  相似文献

根据2013年3-4月、6-7月、9月和11-12月4个航次的调查资料;分析南沙海域浮游虫戎亚目的种类组成、优势种、栖息密度和群落结构特征;并探讨季风转换对其影响及其与管水母的关系。研究海域内共鉴定浮游虫戎亚目12科26属63种。生态类群结构属于热带大洋性。优势种较少;共出现7种;其中;孟加拉蛮虫戎(Lestrigonus bengalensis)为唯一的年度优势种;优势地位显著。物种组成存在季节性变化;分为春季、夏季与秋-冬季3个群落。虫戎年均栖息密度为18.30×10-2 ind/m3;高数量区主要分布于近岸水域;数量季节变化不明显;但平面分布季节差异明显。虫戎年均丰富度、多样性、均匀度指数和多样性阈值各是1.23、1.28、0.33、0.48。虫戎物种组成随季风转换左右近岸低盐水影响程度而变化;群落结构、生物多样性和栖息密度平面分布随季风转换所驱动的表层环流结构改变而变化。虫戎群落分布与管水母间的相关性证实研究海域两类群物种间的寄宿关系。这种关系促使孟加拉蛮虫戎在沿岸低盐水影响下更易形成高优势度;而表现出类似近岸海域优势种优势地位显著的特点。  相似文献

Phytoplankton community and its distribution were investigated in the south part of the Polar Front in the eastern Barents Sea in October 2014. Analysis of the spatial differences in the phytoplankton structure was performed in connection with changes of the temperature, salinity and biogenic regime. At the end of the growing season in the phytoplankton community was dominated by destruction processes and the concentration of nutrients in the upper mixed layer was higher than the limiting level. Coccolithophores (Emiliania huxleyi and Discosphaera cf. tubifer) dominanted over investigated area. The maximum values of abundance and biomass of coccolithophores reached 90.4 mln.cell/m3 and 30.8 mgC/m3, drawing up 82% of the total number and 93% of the total biomass of phytoplankton. Influence of transformed the waters of Atlantic origin was observed in the western part of the investigated area. The number of species in the phytoplankton community here was 1.5–2 times lower than in the eastern part of the occupied mostly by Barents Sea water. In the eastern part of the presence of large dinoflagellates Neoceratium spp. (Ceratium spp.) and Dinophysis spp., lower values of chlorophyll a concentration, a higher proportion of pheophytin in the amount of pigment chlorophyll + pheophytin, the high content of ammonia in the upper mixed layer showed that in this area the phytoplankton was at a later seasonal succession stage than the western part.  相似文献

To understand the ecological status and macrobenthic assemblages of the Xin'an River Estuary and its adjacent waters, a survey was conducted for environmental variables and macrobenthic assemblage structure in September 2012(Yantai, China). Several methods are adopted in the data analysis process: dominance index,diversity indices, cluster analysis, non-metric multi-dimentional scaling ordination, AMBI and M-AMBI. The dissolved inorganic nitrogen and soluble reactive phosphorus of six out of eight sampling stations were in a good condition with low concentration. The average value of DO((2.89±0.60) mg/L) and p H(4.28±0.43) indicated that the research area faced with the risk of ocean acidification and underlying hypoxia. A total of 62 species were identified, of which the dominant species group was polychaetes. The average abundance and biomass was577.50 ind./m2 and 6.01 g/m2, respectively. Compared with historical data, the macrobenthic assemblage structure at waters around the Xin'an River Estuary was in a relatively stable status from 2009 to 2012.Contaminant indicator species Capitella capitata appeared at Sta. Y1, indicating the animals here suffered from hypoxia and acidification. AMBI and M-AMBI results showed that most sampling stations were slightly disturbed,which were coincided with the abiotic measurement on evaluating the health conditions. Macrobenthic communities suffered pressures from ocean acidification and hypoxia at the research waters, particularly those at Stas Y1, Y2 and Y5, which displays negative results in benthic health evaluation.  相似文献
