| 摘 要： | 气候变化是人类社会所面临的一个巨大挑战。本文回顾了从气候变化到可持续发展的认识过程,并从经济、社会和环境角度验证了气候变化与可持续发展的关系。纵观政府间气候变化委员会报告的评估内容以及国际气候谈判的发展历程,国际社会已经认识到走可持续发展道路是解决气候变化问题惟一有效的途径。

| Abstract: | The climatic change is a huge challenge which the human society faces.This article reviewed un-derstanding process from the climatic change to the sustainable develop ment,confirmed the relations of climatic change and the sustainable development from the angle of economy,society and environment.Looking over the appraisal report content of intergo vernmental climatic change committee and the development course intern ational climate negotiations,the int ernational society already realized that the exclusive effective way to solve the climatic change question is to walk the sustainable development path. |
