| 摘 要： | 本文通过对1996年至2003年山西气象科技服务与产业支柱项目发展分析，提出气象科技服务与产业要想大幅度发展，就必须走规模化集约化发展道路。同时根据当前山西实际，提出了气象科技服务与产业规模化发展的建议和对策。
