| Abstract: | Based on the work reality of basic meteorological stations,taking Developmental strategy Research of Chinese Meteorology Enterprise as the inst ruction,this article analyzed the troop structure which the county level meteo rological observatory,the measureof improved the talented person' s quality,matters needing attention for fostering and utilizing talented person with several suggestions and hoped to have the certain reality instr uction significance for implementing the talented person strategy to Shanxi Province basic meteorological station. |
