摘    要:2015年11月,京津冀地区发生了覆盖面积较广、持续时间较长、强度较强的严重污染过程。本文利用WRF中尺度模拟结果,结合常规气象观测资料分析了在这次持续性严重污染过程中气象条件所起到的作用。结果表明,在此次严重污染过程中,混合层高度较10a平均下降了约50%,大大压缩了污染物的垂直扩散空间,另外较弱的低层风也不利于污染物的水平扩散;通风量持续偏低导致污染物大量堆积。在整个过程中,本地区主导风向为偏东风,其次为偏南风,且偏南风的频率为近10a来最高。三面环山的特殊地形以及偏东气流污染物输送带和西南输送带的形成使得大量外来污染物被输送到本地;近地面湿度较高使得能见度降低,污染物浓度快速上升,加剧了污染状况。

Numerical Simulation Study on Lasting Heavy Air Pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region in November,2015

Abstract:In November 2015,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region experienced a severe pollution process of wide coverage,long duration,and high intensity. This paper analysed how meteorological conditions work in this persistent severe pollution process by using WRF mesoscale simulation results,in combination with conventional meteorological observation data. The results show that: During the serious pollution process,the mixing layer height fell by about 50%,comparing with the daily mean mixing layer height averaged in the same period of the past 10 years,which greatly compress the pollutant dispersion in vertical space,and the weak low-level wind was not conducive to horizontal diffusion of pollutants; consistently low ventilation index made a large number of pollutants accumulate. Throughout the process,the prevailing wind direction of this area is easterly wind,then southerly wind,and the frequency of southerly wind was the highest in the past 10 years. The special terrain condition,surrounded by mountains on three sides,as well as the development of east airflow pollutants conveyor belt and southwest conveyor belt made a plenty of foreign pollutants transported to the local area; due to the high surface humidity,the visibility decreased and pollutant concentration rapidly rised,leading to much more serious pollution.
