| 摘 要： | 本文对郴州市2008年1月中旬至2月上旬出现的历史罕见雨雪冰冻天气灾害的特点,天气、气候成因和地形作用等方面进行了深入细致剖析.结果表明:中低层的逆温和强盛的西南暖湿气流、冷暖空气在长江中下游地区稳定对峙是产生重度冰雪天气的必要条件,郴州特殊地形增加了冰冻强度和持续时间.这些分析结论对今后开展冰雪天气预报预警业务和科研工作都有重要参考作用.

| Abstract: | This article analyzes in detail the rare snow and freezing weather disaster characteristics of Chenzhou from mid-January to early-February in 2008.And it also analyzes the causes of weather climate and topography.The results showed that: the temperature inversion at the lower level,abundant moisture and stable confrontation of the cold-warm air in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are the necessary conditions for the serious freezing weather.And special topography increases duration and inte... |
