| 摘 要： | 气象数据库系统作为气象信息共享平台的重要管理系统，其体系结构和技术的复杂程度均是前所未有的，需要在集约化和标准化原则下，充分利用成熟的商业数据库技术和大气科学领域的相关技术加以构建。文中分别就气象数据库的框架设计、基本体系结构、系统布局、信息流程等方面进行梳理和阐述，以期对气象业务技术体制改革、信息技术与保障体系的建设提供理论和实践参考。

| Abstract: | The meteorological database system, as the most important information management system of countrywide meteorological information sharing, has most complicated framework and advanced technology. It is necessary to construct the meteorological database system by making full use of the well-developed commercial database technology and the related technology in the atmospheric field under the framework of centralization and standardization. The framework, infrastructure, system layout and data flow of the meteorological database system are described, which ensure that the meteorological information and the supporting system can be favorably implemented, so to provide the theoretical and practical references for the construction of the information technological and supporting systems. |
