用初至P震相联合深度震相sPL测定海南中小地震深度

摘    要:两种测定中小地震震源深度的方法:一是基于走时测定震源深度,二是基于波形测定震源深度。以海南地区4次中小地震为例,采用初至P震相联合深度震相sPL测定震源深度的方法,测定其结果为11—12 km,结果一致性较好,表明两种方法适合用于测定中小地震的震源深度。

Determining the depth of medium and small earthquakes in Hainan using the first arrival P seismic phase combined with depth sPL seismic phase

Abstract:There are two kinds of focal depth measurement method for medium and small earthquake, the first is to use arrive time, and the second is to use waveform. Taking 4 small and medium earthquakes in Hainan as an example, the method of measuring the focal depth using the first arrival P phase combined with the deep phase sPL was used to measure the result between 11 km and 12 km. The results show good agreement indicating that the two methods are suitable for determining the focal depth of small and medium earthquakes.
