| 摘 要： | 阐述了土壤水资源的定义及研究土壤水资源的重要意义,分析了土壤水资源的结构,提出了土壤水资源评价方法,重点研究了可更新的土壤水资源和可开发利用的土壤水资源,并指出土壤水资源的开发利用是保证农业可持续发展和缓解我国水资源问题的重要手段之一。

| Abstract: | The paper defines soil water resource, stresses the significance of soil water resource research, analyzes components of soil water resource, and proposes methodology for evaluating soil water resource.The big attention is paid to the soil water resource which can be renewed, developed and utilized.It indicates that soil water resource development and utilization is one of important measures to ensure agricultural sustainable development, and to resolve water resources scarcity problem in China. |
