摘    要:等高线拓扑关系定量表达对空间认知、地形特征挖掘、地图综合等至关重要。然而,已有研究多针对等高线树的生成及综合算法,缺乏等高线拓扑关系及其与尺度变化关系的定量表达,不同地貌类型其变化规律是否一致仍未知。为此,通过分带与投影转换、非闭合等高线拓扑检查与闭合及有向等高线树的构建等,发展了一种等高线拓扑关系定量表达方法。采用高山、中山、平原地貌60组多尺度等高线数据集,探究不同地貌类型的多尺度等高线拓扑指标及其随尺度变化规律的一致性。试验结果表明,相邻尺度等高线拓扑指标变化规律符合空间认知与推理,不同地貌类型多尺度等高线拓扑指标与尺度变化间关系可用同一个幂函数定量表达,该结论为基于多尺度空间相似关系等高线全自动综合的实现提供了理论支撑。

Topological Relations Quantitative Expression Method of Multi-scale Contour Cluster

Abstract:  Objectives  Quantitative expression of topological relations of contour is vital to spatial cognition, topological feature mining and map generalization. However, previous studies focus on the construction of contour tree and the generalization algorithm of contour. However, its lack of the quantitative expression of topological relations and the research of the quantitative relationship between it and map scale change, and it is still unknown whether the topological indexes of different geomorphic types vary with map scale change or not.  Methods  By preprocessing of non-closed contour and constructing directed contour tree, such as topology checking, matching and non-closed contour closure, a quantitative expression model of them was proposed and constructed, and 60 groups multi-scale contour datasets from different geomorphic types in Gansu were used to explore the consistency of the relationship.  Results and Conclusions  Experimental results show that the topological indexes change rules of adjacent scale is consistent with the space cognitive and reasoning, and the same power function can be used to express the quantitative relationship of contour from different geomorphic types, which further demonstrates that it is rationality and possibility to realization the completely automatic generalization of contour based on multi-scale spatial similarity relation.
