四川绵竹山洪灾害风险区划

Regional Torrent Risk Zonation for Mianzhu City in Sichuan

  • 摘要: 本文基于GIS技术,运用指数模型,采用层次分析法对四川省典型山洪灾害发生区绵竹市进行山洪灾害风险区划,并运用近20年灾情资料进行验证。结果表明:绵竹市山洪灾害较高风险区、高风险区主要分布于中部的山区、沿山区,与实际情况较为一致,可为当地山洪防灾减灾工作的规划布局提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on GIS technique,an exponential model with Analytic Hierarchy Process method(AHP) is used for the torrent risk zonation in Mianzhu city,which is a typical torrent hazard area in Sichuan province.The torrent disaster information data in the past 20 years is applied for the comparison and validation.The results show that moderate-to-high risk area and high risk area are mainly located in the middle of Mianzhu,especially in mountain and along-mountain area,which is consistent with the actual situation.All of these results provide a scientific basis to the local government for the torrent disaster prevention and mitigation planning and layout.
