敏感性行业气象服务效益评估研究与业务进展

Research and Operational Advance on Sensitivity Industry Evaluation of Meteorological Service Benefits

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外敏感性行业气象服务效益评估发展概况。总结了行业气象敏感性评价、行业气象服务效益评估和评估系统的研究成果，特别是从理论、技术和方法应用的角度分别介绍了行业气象服务社会、经济和环境效益评估的研究进展。给出了近三年我国敏感性行业气象服务效益评估领域的业务成果，并对未来一段时期我国行业气象服务效益评估的工作提出一些展望。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the high meteorological sensitivity industry and its evaluation．Based on the theories，the techniques and methods，respectively introduces the social，economic and environmental benefits of industries’evaluation meteorological service benefits．Finally，put forward some advice．
