    基于ERA-Interim 1979—2019年的再分析资料,本文研究了东亚地区月平均、极端和强冷风寒温度空间分布。研究表明,在冬季3个月里,东亚地区风寒温度表现为自南向北递减,同时还具有较强的局地特征;最低极端风寒温度主要出现在内蒙古东北部、蒙古国东部和黑龙江地区;冬季3个月比较而言,平均风寒温度和极端风寒温度最低的月份为1月。强冷风寒温度发生频率最高的月份为2月。在成因方面,东亚大部分地区的风寒温度是由温度决定的,而中蒙交界区(蒙古和内蒙古东部地区)以及青藏高原北部地区,风速对风寒温度的影响最显著。此外,在所研究的几个区域中,京津冀城市群极端风寒温度与风速的负相关性最强。

    Abstract:

    Based on the reanalysis data of ERA-Interim from 1979 to 2019, the spatial distribution of monthly mean, extreme and severe Wind Chill Temperature (WCT) in East Asia were studied. Results show that in the three months of winter, the WCT in East Asia decreases from south to north with strong local characteristics; the lowest extreme WCT mainly occurred in Northeast Inner Mongolia, eastern Mongolia and Heilongjiang; comparing the three months in winter, the months with the lowest monthly mean WCT, the lowest extreme WCT is January. The highest frequency of WCT appears in February. WCT in most parts of East Asia is determined by temperature, and the wind speed has the most significant effect on WCT in China and Mongolia Border Area (Mongolia and Eastern Inner Mongolia) and the northern part of Qinghai Tibet Plateau. In addition, the negative correlation between extreme wind cold temperature and wind speed is the strongest in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration.
