基于2010—2018年新疆交通阻断信息,结合气象观测数据,采用统计分析法、专家评估法、问卷调查法等,分析了新疆G30、3012、217线高速公路气象灾害的时空分布特征。结果表明:(1)影响新疆高速公路的气象灾害主要有道路结冰、积雪、暴雨、大雾、大风、沙尘、高温、次生灾害及风吹雪。(2)气象灾害在不同路段有明显的区域分布特征。(3)气象灾害具有明显的季节特征。冬季气象灾害最多,以积雪、大雾和道路结冰为主;春季次之,主要为大风、沙尘和道路结冰;夏季以暴雨、大风及次生灾害最为突出;秋季气象灾害相对较少。(4)G30高速公路的大风、阴雾是新疆比较特殊的气象灾害。 |

Based on the traffic blocking data in Xinjiang from 2010 to 2018, combined with the meteorological observation data. Statistical analysis method, expert evaluation method, questionnaire survey method were used to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics along G30, 3012 and 217 expressways in Xinjiang. The result shows that:(1) The meteorological disasters mainly that influence expressway in Xinjiang are road icing, snow cover , torrential rain, dense fog, gale, sandstorm, high—temperature, secondary disasters and drifting snow. (2) The meteorological disasters have obvious regional distribution characteristics in different road sections. (3) The meteorological disasters have obvious seasonal distribution characteristics. The most meteorological disasters are snow cover , dense fog and road icing in winter, followed by gale, sandstorm and road icing in spring, torrential rain, gale and secondary disasters are the most prominent in summer, less in autumn. (4) Gale and cloudy-dense on G30 expressway are special meteorological disasters in Xinjiang. |
