摘要: 随着国家基础地理信息数据库动态更新工程的启动,社会发展对于基础地理信息数据的现势性要求日益提高。传统的多尺度基础地理信息数据分别更新生产的方法效率低下,本文提出了一种基于要素的数据联动更新技术,以要素为中心对多种尺度的基础地理信息数据联动更新生产;并介绍了整合更新数据库、要素更新规则定义、要素匹配与联动更新等主体技术方法;最后设计联动更新程序,验证了该技术的可行性和高效性。

Abstract: With the start of dynamic updating of national basic geographic information database, the social development demands for the basic geo-information data are increasing day by day. The traditional multi-scale basic geographic information data update production method is less efficient. This paper proposes a technology based on data linkage updating, update database, feature update rule definition, feature matching and linkage updating. Simultaneously, through the program is developed to form the corresponding system, to apply to the basic geographic information data update production and to achieve good application effect.
