    Metallogenic epoch of the Aoyoute copper deposit in Dong Ujimqin Banner, Inner Mongolia

    • 摘要: 奥尤特铜矿床位于内蒙古东部东乌旗地区,是二连-东乌旗成矿带最为典型的铜矿床之一,矿床赋存于侏罗纪一套陆相火山岩和次火山岩中,容矿岩石主要为火山角砾岩、含砾熔结凝灰岩、流纹岩及流纹斑岩。本文选取矿区出露的含矿石英脉,进行了石英40Ar/39Ar法同位素年龄测定,结果表明,奥尤特铜矿床的成矿时代为187.11±3.50Ma。

       

      Abstract: The Aoyoute copper deposit located in Dong Ujimqin Banner of eastern Inner Mongolia is one of the most typical depos-its along the Erlian-Dong Ujimqin Banner metallogenic belt. The deposit lies in a suite of Jurassic continental volcanic rocks and sub-volcanic rocks. The country rocks are mainly composed of volcanic breccia, conglomeratic ignimbrite, rhyolite and rhyolite por-phyry. Choosing the ore-bearing quartz vein which is closest to the mineralization in the deposit, the authors performed dating with the quartz 40Ar/39Ar method. The results show that the metallogenic epoch of the Aoyoute copper deposit is 187.11±3.50Ma.
