| 目的：观察五黄液鼻腔灌洗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者鼻黏膜纤毛功能的影响。方法：将40例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎经鼻内镜术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各20例。治疗组采用五黄液灌洗鼻腔治疗，对照组采用0.9%氯化钠注射液灌洗鼻腔治疗。观察2组术前及术后1、3、6个月鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率的变化情况。结果：术前及术后6个月，2组鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；术后1、3个月，治疗组鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率较对照组更快，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：五黄液在促进慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后患者早期鼻黏膜纤毛功能恢复方面有较好疗效。 |

| Effect of Wuhuang liquid on nasal mucociliary function in patients with chronic rhinitis-sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery |

| Objective：To investigate effect of nasal cavity lavage with Wuhuang liquid on nasal mucociliary function in patients with chronic rhinitis-sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods：A total of 40 patients with chronic rhinitis-sinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 20 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given nasal cavity lavage with Wuhuang liquid，and those in the control group were given nasal cavity lavage with 0.9% sodium chloride injection.The two groups were observed in terms of nasal mucociliary transport rate before surgery and at 1，3，and 6 months after surgery.Results：Before surgery and at 6 months after surgery，there was no significant difference in nasal mucociliary transport rate between the two groups (P>0.05)；at 1 and 3 months after surgery，the treatment group had a significantly higher nasal mucociliary transport rate than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Wuhuang liquid has a good clinical effect in promoting the recovery of nasal mucociliary function in patients with chronic rhinitis-sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery. |
